My elderly parents were so pleased with our previous stayed that they decided to return alone this time. We arrived at 5.30am and our check in was not before 1.30 pm but they had a room available (king bed) and just checked us in! Absolutely recommend the hotel. We also asked if they do laundry, they didn't but guided us whete to go. One of the places was closed, the other one took 3 days so we came back to the hotel. The receptionist saw us and offered to do it! And the breakfast on the rooftop terrace rewards you with great views!

We got there extremely early and left extremely early the next day. They were able to accommodate us and even got up in the morning for our check out before dawn while we waited for our ride. Plus they had our laundry done during the day. Very clean facility and a great breakfast with a wonderful view. HUGE room! It was bigger than a whole apartment.

Cold water only for hand basin BUT no problem

The welcome to the hotel was exceptional and assistance provided as requested. The breakfast was good, one suggestion would to place a label as to what the cold fresh juice were and perhaps two variety of fruit - but good value for money. The room was good, it would be nice to have a kettle and cups but still good value for money. Excellent location. Would recommend staying again.

This hotel is just 2 blocks away from plaza de armas. I had a view to the volcanos, which made my days when I woke up in the morning, it was sunny and clear and I could clearly see the snow. I could not help looking at it first thing in the morning. There are a lot of restaurants a few steps away. The staff are very kind and professional, always ready to help.

We arrived at 8 am in the morning from Cusco,reception Lady seen how tired we was and let us to check in early, lucky they had some room. We was so grateful that service and room was so good,so we stayed another 5 days, We also booked couple of tours trough reception and enjoyed our trips. Breakfast was nice too, location wise, walking distance to everything. Very carrying and helpful staff. Special thanks to reception Lady🤗

The room has a very comfortable bed. Hot shower at any time. The Wifi was very good and stable. My room had a large window facing the street and sometimes it could get a bit noisy as the hotel is only 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. But there was honestly no problem with that. Breakfast is served on the roof (there is an elevator) and has a fantastic view of downtown and the mountains/volcanoes (see photo). Indescribable. The breakfast good and sufficient. The eggs were freshly prepared to order. I was able to take complimentary of a free late check out, for which I would like to thank you again.

It was dirty ,the bathroom and a few other places.Not the worse I've seen but not enough clean. Also it needs renovation especially the windows and needs more light. And although there was not noises from the street,you could hear the ones next and upstairs loud and clear. But for a night or two and the for it's price is ok.

The best thing was the staff.The location was great as well.They were very friendly and helpful.Our room was the honeymoon suite they said and it was really spacious.

I was alone so I was given a windowless room, which is fine for one night but not for longer. They left the windows on the 2nd floor open so you can hear the noisy cars going by all night and early morning. I had an early check-out for a tour so I asked at reception about the breakfast time. They said I would be able to get with a 7:30am departure. To my surprise when I went up to get it nothing was ready, I had to wait 15min for them to get ready. I had time to eat only because my pickup was delayed.

Overall, the hotel is good value for money, specially for short stays. I only stayed one night, the bed was comfortable and the room although small, it had all the necessities. Breakfast on the terrace was nice.
