Low bed, and the bathroom shower open... in the room there was a huge jacuzzi, never used...

The presidential room is very big, and it has a living area aside from the room itself, with a view of the garden, good breakfast choice. The restaurant is very good, especially the trout plate.

We got cold, so we felt always too cold in the room (The temperature control panel was not exactly work to reach the set temperature).

Very good atmosphere, lovely wellness, nice rooms with balcony. The staff is extremly lovely and helpfull. The breakfast (and the restaurant itself) was great. The hotel is in a silent street in the heart of Cusco. We loved it.

The food ordered for room service wasn’t up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were really helpful. They brought us cocktails to the room in cocktail hour. The bed was comfortable and the room is very spacious. The spa pool was great and we were the only people using it.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful in every way! The garden is so lovely & so nice to relax in the sun, and the hotel is very tastefully decorated. We booked 2 nights here after a 4 day Inka trail hike as a relaxing luxury stay, and we absolutely made the right choice. The massages & pedicure were great, as was the soak in the warm pool with a view. The restaurant staff were so nice as was breakfast, the meals we ordered, sweet welcome treats in the room & pisco sours. Highly recommended as a luxury stay in Cusco!

Amazing hotel at the very center of Cusco. The building is a historical colonial house with a central patio. The rooms are modern, spacious and very well decorated. Big beds. Oxygen in rooms is available in case you may need it. The staff are super friendly, eager to please and ready to help. Buffet breakfast is excellent and very abundant. Special mention to Soraida and Fernando there. An experience not to miss.

There was a smell from the toilet, we had to keep the fan on and the doors closed. We only had relief when the windows were opened in the bedroom. Wondering if it was worse because of the busy festival in town.

This location has you in the heart of it all in Cusco! Tucked away behind a beautiful wall is a lovely courtyard with 16 boutique rooms. I would definitely return. The spa was so relaxing after a long trek through the Sacred Valley. The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is perfection. The complimentary nightly snack with Pisco sour is a treat. But most of all the staff is so attentive and skilled at meeting your needs before you even ask. Above and beyond 110%!

The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was luxury and the perfect treat after our Inca trail expedition and only evening in Cusco. Definitely recommend and wish we had more time to enjoy.

This hotel was exceptional. It sits in a nice location quite close to Cuzco’s central plaza, and it is beautifully appointed with peaceful and well maintained grounds. The rooms are plush with modern amenities and ample space. The food is fresh, varied and delicious. But the best part of staying here is the service! We stayed for three nights with a break in between when we traveled to Machu Picchu. When we arrived, I was suffering from food poisoning that I had picked up in Lima. The staff really cared for me, offering tea, corn soup and other simple foods. Everyone on staff offered assistance—with bags, with recommendations, and with remedies. I can see how this hotel has earned accolades in the past. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

Casa Cartagena Boutique Hotel & Spa My stay at Casa Cartagena was truly memorable. The hotel blends luxury with character, offering beautifully designed spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. We only ate the included breakfast which was fantastic and hosted in a wonderful room and outside if you'd like. The staff was lovely and a very small group who you saw every day. I loved how intimate and beautiful the grounds were. The location is spot on the best! We both enjoyed a massage in the spa and would recommend. The hotel set up a pick up at the airport which made life easier. We had a french door and window we could open even on the 1st floor as our small patio was fenced. The view of the garden is lovely and I believe all rooms have the courtyard view. The room was larger than I thought it would be and the bathroom was great.

Super clean and attentive. Room regularly refreshed. All of my requests were met promptly. Free happy hour, welcome canapés, welcome tea, free breakfast. Great spa, jacuzzi and exercise room. Couldn’t ask for a better property and experience.
