The karaoke party on the rooftop didn’t let me sleep until 2am as there were always people on the stairway close to the dorm

The hostel was nice and colorful, with a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent—very close to shopping centers and the beach, which made it easy to explore the area. The beds had privacy curtains, which was a great touch and made it easy to enjoy some personal space. Our room also had a private bathroom, which was convenient, although the floor was often wet due to several people sharing it. Breakfast was fresh and a pleasant way to start the day. The bar also seemed like a cozy and enjoyable spot to hang out.

You can really hear a lot of noise from the streets a night time. Bathroom/ shower are was very small and not enough for the amount of guests.

Occasionally ran out of hot water. There are also no where near enough bathrooms for the number of people. Constantly had to either queue or run between floors to find one!

Only one !!! electricity outlet in the room. You gotta choose either you plug in a fan on hot nights, or charge your phone. The outlet is on the other side of the room, right behind the door. If you plug the fan in, the cable blocking the way out. The room is facing the street, don't expect quiet nights, and the windows are not sound isolating. Bring the earplugs. The room is extremely small which is not obvious in the photos. The bathroom is separate (which is also mentioned in the description) and is locked with a locker, so you have to carry a new every time you go to toilet. This is not bad per se but it would have been nice to get more information on that beforehand.

Central location, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the ocean. Good rooftop bar - amazing opportunity to meet new people. Friendly and helpful staff. 24/7 availability. It is possible to leave the bags in a cellar after checkout if you are waiting for your flight or bus ride.

Even with earlplugs, sleeping on a nightclub street is not ideal. Bathrooms need a redesign and build. Heavy luggage up the stairs 9 or down) is a challange. You need to go down to the lobby for internet - in the room it wasnt really working.

Bathrooms are very small and you can't flush paper down the toilet. No towels were provided. The room didn't have A/C. It had a fan though that was a bit loud at night.

Great terrace, awesome decoration on the Ground Floor with all the plants, staff were extremely nice, great location, beds had curtains for privacy.

When I checked out early morning, a Peruvian staff worker was really rude and had a bad attitude towards me. Her energy was awful. She was 5’3, regular size, black hair. I wish I got her name. She needs an attitude check. Very off putting when staff are rude for no reason.

I did not feel clean in my bed, felt like someone was already sleeping in it before. Wad on the way to Reception to ask for change of Linen-and realised my Bed had bugs. So I had Bedbugs in it. Also bloody spots by then. I ask for a new room which I straight got. BUT-i don't know, if something happened after. I haven't seen any action I that room, not sure how long it takes to get rid of the bugs but I think 2 Days after other people were already living in that room. At the End I got offered a compensation payed of the first night, which I did not take as I already had left. I which I would have been asked to give me the opportunity to minimise my risk (getting my clothes washed or something like this). Because my luggage got contaminated, little bugs running on it. :-/ The presence of worker/Management, mostly to do with Volunteers-which where very nice and helpful. The amount to Bathrooms and Sinks, just 1 sink on the floor! Would be nice of there would be more cleaning round in the night. Cold water problem not solved-i think there is a little communication gap - or - nobody really cares. When these little problems are solved, a really good place and higher ranking. I gave 1 Point less because of how taking the situation of the Bedbugs. Because I think they where there and the hostel knew it. Is my feeling. Of course I don't know.

The room was fine, loved the balcony. The hostel is in a very lively neighbourhood. Bars, resturants, clubs and shops are close by. However, that makes it very loud especially at night. Cleanliness could be improved. My room and bathroom was not cleaned once during a stay of 5 nights...

The bathrooms aren’t properly cleaned—there’s hair everywhere—so I’d definitely recommend bringing flip-flops for the shower because it’s a bit gross. Other than that, the beds are separated by a curtain, but if you’re in the 8-bed dorm and near the window, be prepared for outside light shining on your face all night.

Really cute place with a great atmosphere for solo travelers—perfect for meeting new people and having a good time. It was nice to have a personal fan since it does get pretty warm at night, and I appreciated that they provide free towels!

The shower/ bathroom was very small. The bar would go loud until early in the morning and that sound travelled through the hostel. There wasn’t alot of common space to relax or do things during the day.

The facilites were good and comfortable, the bar was a very nice set up. The location is perfect and close to everything you need.

Please be aware that it is a total party place and the hostel is based between clubs (next, under, above), so there is noise all night long. Don’t expect a lot of sleep.

Lots of street noise (both cars and restaurant noise), especially as the window needs to be kept open due to the heat. There is a small fan for each bed but it is somewhat noisy too. Some room members closed the window later in the night after I went to sleep, and that caused ventilation to be an issue. I slept with earplugs and the street noise wasnt an issue. Also lack of kitchen for me was an issue, but its on me to have checked ahead.

The hostel is well maintained and clean. Also theres good security - buzzing into main door, and a key to get into each floor and the rooms. Felt more secure than in some other hostels. The artwork is very nice, and the roof bar is also nice. Lots of social activities to do each evening at the hostel roof (e.g. salsa night, live music). Location was very nice - the streets around it feel very safe and are fun to explore.
