Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not a huge spread, but it was high-quality and fresh. The rooms were comfortable and the location is great. Solid value for money.

Kitchen was not well stocked - no cutlery

Great central location very close to Kennedy Park but down a quiet no exit street so quiet at night. Close to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Eggs made to order. When we missed our connecting flight and had to spend an extra 2 nights in Lima we came back to this hotel.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. The lobby and breakfast area are decorated with beautiful art. THe breakfast was diverse and tasty.

water pressure not great, and there was a long delay for full breakfast. Like seemingly every hotel we stayed, room lighting was not great.

location is central and still quiet. A/C worked well, and shower had hot water, though not a lot of pressure. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was large and spacious -- but it was the most we spent during a month in Peru

Superb hotel with very pleasant staff. The bedroom was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge, cups and cutlery. Large clean private bathroom with great shower and reliable hot water. The room was very quiet on 6th floor. Very good buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Good wi-fi signal. Great location close to Park Kennedy and many shops and restaurants. Bus stop for buses 301 and 305 to old Lima central is close to the hotel. Very good value for money in Miraflores district. They offered us an early check-in about 0900 including breakfast for 30 US$ per couple - very welcome after early flight arrival

Super cute boutique hotel. Our room was a suite with a separate sitting room, kitchenette and balcony. We loved the balcony to be able to get fresh air. The kitchenette was cute, but they do not supply soap or accessories - so we could really only use the fridge. Very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and Kennedy Park very nearby. And the water was HOT in the shower - if you have been around to other places in Latin & Central America- "hot" water seems to be a relative term. : ) Breakfast was simple, but with cooked to order eggs - good way to start our day. Overall we loved it, and would definitely stay again when in Lima.

Kitchen needs paper towels & dish towels. Needs dishwashing soap and drying towels for dishes. Room lounges chairs are not comfortable since sink in the chair.

Good location, nice staff, spacious room, and updated bathroom. Breakfast included. Metro supermarket, restaurants & travel center are all close by. Staff will store light.

Kitchen facilities can be improved (faucet, detergent and sponge)...also the couch isn't too firm anymore....but definitely the microwave and the refrigerator are always working great!!!!

Room was spotless, shower was great, tv cable was good, Internet worked great, breakfast was good too (cook was always professional and polite )and their staff was always helpful and courteous (William,Yerika,Louis and Jesus)all the time....

What a hotel, ideally placed next to Kennedy Park. The balcony made our long trip to Lima perfect. If something could be better, it would be the breakfast, but still near to perfect!

Only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and had to request additional rolls each time we ran out.

Curtains could do a better job of blocking the light. Could hear people talking on the street like they were in the room, but that only happened once during my stay. Overall everything was fine. Note that if they arrange a taxi for you from the airport, it’s about 40% more expensive than the standard rate (60 soles).

Simple, clean, spacious apartment-hotel in a great location of Miraflores—lots of shops and cafes and parks nearby, and walkable to the waterfront & Malecón. Felt safe and secure with 24/7 reception, and no traffic noise since it’s at the end of a street with no through passage. Nice breakfast spread (eggs prepared on request) and a charming lounge area to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. An elevator was convenient for getting luggage up and down.

Great place tucked away in Miraflores yet close to everything. Quiet. Clean. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Just a pleasure every one of the staff. Not pretentious but great linens, bedding. Good AC.

We were missing some dish soap and dish towels in the kitchen so we could clean the dishes ourselves rather than have them sit there all dirty.

We really liked the size of the suite and that it had two rooms. It was very practical with our small child. The location is perfect - close to the Parque Kennedy. The breakfast was good and varied a little from day to day. The staff was very nice too and helped with whatever we needed.

Cute hotel, check in was easy, room size good. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Felt safe in neighborhood, lots of stuff within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Art on the walls a nice touch for uniqueness. Would stay again.
