This is not a ctriticism of the hotel but streets are narrow in this part of town and the taxi driver dropped us off on the other side of the block with all our bags. Makes sure to tell the taxi driver to drop you of at the hotel door. When we went to drop our bags off initially that driver did take us to the front of hotel so it is possible.

We only spent one night after our Inca trail hike there but I wish we had more time there. This hotel was in a good safe location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome. Nice views of town from the dining room window and balcony. Also, were able to drop our bags off they held them for 4 days while were on the 4 day hike. That saveds us use headach of lugging our bags around.

What a great find in Cusco! This hotel is super convenient, easily accessible by taxi or Uber, and just a pleasant 10-minute stroll from Plaza de Armas. You'll find it very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that provide a relaxing retreat. The reception team is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious and diverse. For its superb value, I absolutely recommend staying here.

Know that the area is on a hill and up many steps and sometimes larger cars (i.e. passenger vans) cannot fit on the street where the hotel is located. Most cars should fit though.

It’s clean and on a quaint small street in the heart of feels like a small Europe. Tons of shops and boutiques in the area, as well as a pharmacy and laundromat directly across the street. Our receptionists were all EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating!! Especially Ana and Melinda and another who carefully not only carried all 14 of our bags to our rooms but also to our taxis. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and their patience. Would gladly and quickly book a stay with them again.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuates and the drain was half clogged.

Amazing view over the city, comfortable room. San Blas is a great area, but it is a small hike up.

This has nothing to do with the establishment itself, but the altitude is something to contend with. I wish I had handled the altitude better because there was so much that I wanted to see and do.

The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. And accommodating to some special needs we were having due to a few sick people. The place itself was beautiful and was such a find. I can't recommend this establishment enough. It's truly a wonderful find.

Everything was good, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and very respectful. They store our luggage on different days without any charge and every time we came back, the luggage was brought to our new room. The breakfast is good, there are plenty of choices.

There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, but I guess it doesn't get too hot there. A fan to keep the air circulating would have been nice.

Very nice hotel sitting up above Cusco. The views were really nice. The staff was very helpful in getting us rides and helping us when the transportation strike was ongoing.

The hotel is located in the wonderful San Blas neighborhood, definitely one of the best breakfasts we had throughout our entire stay in Peru! Highly recommend this hotel!!
