We had a wonderful experience at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and very nice decorated, and the location was perfect, very close to the city center. I’d definitely come back!

The bathrooms and showers were excellent. The staff cleaned them really well every day and replenished supplies. The employees were so friendly and happy to help with anything. I felt well taken care of.

Classic 18-19th antique decoration hotel. Fantastic staff. Rooms are very nice, new, clean. Breakfast bags were packed for our early adventure departure. The hotel kept our luggage when we went for a few days trek.

The location - near the main square but away so it's quiet and convenient. The staffs - there is no question the staffs are going out of their way to help customer, from calling taxi and restaurant, to provide any towels or amenities. Hotel also provide one bottle of water per customer everyday which is very needed and helpful. The room - we stayed twice at this hotel and had different rooms assigned to us. Both are super nicely decorated, spacious, and with modern bathroom. The staff told us the hotel used to be a bishop"s residence. The hotel is very much Spanish style. You won't notice the entrance, but inside is huge, courtyard by courtyard. The breakfast - it is OK, typical breakfast buffet plus egg/sweet/coffee dishes on order. We loved the sauteed quinoa, but it didn't serve every morning. hotel rotate breakfast offerings.

The only thing that lacked was the breakfast, we arrived at 9:00 am alot of items was missing and didnt get replaced until 10am. We also had to order our eggs which took at least 20-30 minutes to be ready. Very disappointed breakfast.

If I had to choose, the food could be more tasty, and the restaurant service could be a bit quicker.

Everything was great! The staff was kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and the location was terrific. Mijail Rodrigues, the receptionist, and Gonzalo Valencia were always there to greet us and answer our questions, making our stay pleasant.

This hotel is beautiful inside! The entire staff from the front door, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful. The room is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful with lovely granite and a jetted bathtub. The restaurant has delicious food. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options to satisfy everyone's needs. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We felt very well taken care of.
