Construction going on for an elevator was noisy. Once finished however this will be an amazing stay!

Great location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast is amazing, huge buffet with all kinds of options and cook to order eggs!

Nice quiet neighborhood; very comfortable bed , matrass and blankets. Hot showerwater if needed. Extensive breakfast with a lot of fruits to your choise. They only have stairs so if that is a bit of a problem ask for a room on the first floor of so. My toom 402 has s nice view on the town, but more important you ll have the sun shining in your room. 🥰 The distance to main plaza is acceptable but that s very personal ofcourse.

Staff were great, was part of our intrepid tour, comfy beds and great breakfast and free coca tea, looked after our bags multiple times. Walk to town square is easy.

One morning we needed breakfast at 6AM on the dot, and not everything was ready.

Breakfast was more than adequate, there was plenty of variety. Cheeses and breads could have been a little fresher. Eggs made to order, with a smile! Lobby had filtered water. All rooms have safes. 24 hour front desk. Laundry service hours are more convenient (but slightly more expensive) than surrounding places. There are small convenience stores all around. For USA visitors: This is a standard South American hotel. You will get two bath towels, two hand towels, a bathmat, no washcloths. Bring your own hair conditioner. Soap and shampoo are in packets that you rip open. Front desk staff, always helpful, speaks little English but we made do with phones. 1st floor rooms can be noisy. No elevator to the higher rooms - 2nd floor was the sweet spot.

The lights shone into the room from the landing in the evening making it difficult to sleep, maybe need to be dimmed or lamps used?

Everything was fabulous. The staff were always there to help, the breakfast was abundant, the location was ace. Great hot shower with fantastic pressure. Drinking water and hot tea freely available. Laundry service was quick.

Right in the Centre of Cusco, about 15 minutes walk to the main square. Bed was very comfortable, we had a fridge also in the room. The Breakfast was incredible, lots of friuts fresh bread pastries cheese avocado and the lady makes some amazing omelettes and eggs. And they start very early in the morning so ideal if you have a tour booked. There are some restaurants nearby that we went in the evening very good quality food.

We had the fourth floor, no lift which it was fine for the less affected by the altitude.

The service was amazing! I will have this hotel in consideration for a next time! Very easy to reach by taxi, 7 mins by car from everywhere. The thing I’ll never forget, it’s the costumer service. Unfortunately my mom fainted around 2:30am and the receptionist called THE BEST clinic, they acted very quick and the ambulance arrived in approx 15 mins. The clinic was the best one! I appreciate the quick actions from the receptionist. The breakfast was also amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful as they recommended food for the altitude. I am looking forward to coming back again.

A really very lovely hotel, ideal for anyone staying in Cusco. The breakfast is great and it's so nice to have a cold water dispenser in the main area to fill your bottle from. I'd have given it a 10 if it wasn't for being able to hear my neighbours in their bathroom when I was in mine; just a little odd!

No elevator. A little noisy during the day. Hot water can take a while and temperature fluctuates significantly.

Sometimes not so soundproof but overall most guests were pretty quiet so not too much of an issue.

Good location, great wifi, comfortable rooms, hot showers, loved the breakfast and included return airport transfers. Excellent value for money.
