Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMix up with reservation. Given small room which didn't correlate to description of superior room booked though staff on duty insisted it was . A different member of staff corrected error next day . Beds were comfortable Rooms small . The first room (standard) , bed partially blocked bathroom door . No natural light. Nearby hotels much better quality for similar cost .
Good location . Held bags while on trip.

United KingdomThe beds and the room were a bit damp which didn't help with feeling warm at night. Hotel overall and rooms were quite dark as there is no natural light coming in the room (window overlooks the corridor). Also, soundproofing is not great.
The location is good, on a quite street so not crowded with tourists. Staff is really friendly and helpful - there was some mixup with our booking and they sorted it immediately with no fuss. Room and bathroom quite clean. Beds are okay with warm blankets provided. Room was OK space wise.

United StatesThe stuff members were not very communicative and rather use their talk between them in Spanish instead. We think this hotel is perfect for couples or friends but family with kids not really. The breakfast area is small and you don't know when it's ok to pick up your breakfast or wait for them to serve you. Very strange continental breakfast type.
My husband, my mom and I stayed here a few years ago and it was perfect for us. This time we came back with our children but didn't have the same experience.
