Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI would take care outside after dark, but that's my experience mostly everywhere in South America so far.
I was staying here as I was getting an early bus from Plaza Norte, and for that it's perfect. My room was big, the WiFi worked and there was a fan and hot water shower. There is a convenience store downstairs and the Mall is 5 minutes walk away.

20-30 mins from airport. Large room with fan. Crisp sheets and large white towels. WiFi in our room was generally OK. Slept well despite road noise. Ate at vg chicken restaurant at Juanitas - 2 mins walk away.

United StatesExcellent location right next to Plaza Norte - we arrived very late at night (around 1-2 am) and were able to check in and get a few hours of sleep before taking a mid-day bus. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. Would gladly stay again.

United StatesLocation. This was not the properties fault. During the day it is fine to travel around freely but always keep your wits about you. 50% of Lima Metro area has food insecurity, petty crime can and will occur if you don't keep vigilant. At night, a quick trip to Tambo store next door open at (8am -11pm) is fine. I would not wander these streets after dark, especially in the dead of night. Use your discretion.
The staff was pleasant and easy to interact with. 24 Hour Front Desk. Foreign travelers need only to use the Wifi and Google translate for whatever you want. They have a partnership with someone who cooks professionally, every item on the menu was delicious. The security (mainly due to the area it was in, which is NOT their fault) was top notch. Cameras, fire extinguishers and industrial steel gates to keep anyone unwanted outside unless they are guests. Tambo, a convenience store was literally next door. Centrally located to one of the largest markets, Cineplex and bazaar of Lima, it is convenient. There is a secure internally card locked (use your debit/credit card to unlock, also go during the day) within a block. Also GO TO the seafood restaurants close by. Arguably not only the best seafood I ever had but arguably the best MEAL I ever had. There is also a low budget but DELICIOUS restaurant right around the corner. (10-20 PEN)

United KingdomI didn't feel there unsafe but we always walked in pair-apparently it is not the best area. The wifi was poor and it was loosing connection. I would suggest that staff will put a kettle on each floor for guests to use.
The room was clean, we asked for room at the back therefore it wasn't as loud. Close to North terminal and very close to fast bus to get to centre of Lima and other parts of the city. White thick towels, hot shower, attentive staff. There is big market and shopping centre nearby. Close to the airport- 10-12 soles.

United KingdomI admit it was noisy due to traffic and general hubbub from the street and markets, but it didn't bother me and I slept great.
Clean, safe, and super close to bus terminal at Plaza Norte. Literally a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shopping options very close by too. Not sure why many reviews comment on the area being unsafe - we felt completely safe at all times, even walking at night.
