this hotel is fairly basic, but the rates are excellent. Another plus is you can check in as early as 8:00 a.m. at this hotel.The neighborhood is safe and walkable even for a woman on her own. I have now stayed there four or five times and now exactly which room I prefer because I know the bed is good .they have a beautiful rooftop pool area and on-site parking.

My friend spilled a little juice on one of the pillow and notified the housekeeper. He was subsequently charged $30USD for this. At no point before booking and on arrival were we made aware that a charge of this amount would be as a result of a mess made.

I like the location and how comfortable I felt there. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and other stores. The pool was clean and great.

I didn't get the actual room I booked. I had to negotiate to get a comparable room. I was told that the pictures of the room were old, as an explanation (deceptive). My room was supposed to have a couch, one queen bed, a balcony, and fairly spacious. They told me none of the rooms had couches. After first giving me a very small room with a tiny balcony, I negotiated and settled for a room with two beds, a larger balcony, and no couch.

Clean, with excellent daily maid service. The staff are very welcoming. The restaurant, for coffee and a quick breakfast. It's close to everything and it's in a safe area.

I didn't like the breakfast. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. The AC in the room was old. The window in the bathroom was without glass.

I liked the location, the courtesy of the staff, and the availability for last minute booking... The beds were comfortable. The room has enough space for 4 adults. The pool area was spectacular.. There was no garbage in sight so the place was kept clean... Rooms were cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed. I would go back there if I am on a budget and want convenience in going shopping.

Is not that I didn't like it is just that it could be an improve to having at least a queen bed, but everything base on the price was great.

Hotel Parador is a welcoming and comfortable stay. It’s close to the main attractions but still feels peaceful and secure. Close enough to walk to Subway stations. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help.

I didn't find anything bad enough to complain about. It's only little things that could use improvement. The shower and bathroom was not well maintained. Our towels were not changed and we had to ask for that. I would have preferred more towels in general. For body and hand. The hotel could use a bit more interior to make it warm and friendly.

Overall it was a decent stay. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The ac was not working on our 2 last days properly and the bathroom could do with some touch ups but that didn’t take away from how good a time me and my family had we plan to go to same property next year

Hot shower,large room and beautiful pool , attached restaurant for $40! What more could One expect? I needed a refrigerator for my medication and they found one and brought it to me i a timely manner.

I thought that the airport shuttle and breakfast were included, but there was extra cost for both. Booking.com offered an airport shuttle at a lower price and the service for that was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Although breakfast wasn't included, an adequate simple breakfast was available at modest cost

Location was great, the breakfast was ok for the value, we only tried it once..the staff was very friendly and accommodating, walking distance to stores and restaurants was awesome, it was comfortable enough for 7 nights...we got our linens and towels changed daily which was great...i would definitely stay there again...i can't forget the wine store next door that was awesome!! to have.

The parking garage didn't have ramps so steep that I couldn't drive up over them in a single go. There is a secure entry to the hotel from the parking garage. The room was a nice size clean and comfortable .It is also very conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood.
