The ac shuts off in the day and there is no fan. Also there was 2 old men in the room.

Improving the mosquito netting would probably help future guests, but thats a nitpick in a country like panama.

It met my needs

The staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I had a night bus and they let stay and use facilities until I had to leave. Fairly basic but everything in good condition, clean. Great value for the cost.

Wifi was not very good. You basically had to sit in the shared outdoor space to get a signal. Also, there was only one usable outlet in the room, though that's pretty much par for the course in Latin America.

My private room was small, but had shelves for storage. The A/C was very good (necessary if you're not used to humidity). Room and public areas were clean. Location was great: not on the major street, but just a block away (in case you want to take the bus). Also just two blocks from a good supermarket. Good value for the price.

When we booked it said we had 3 fulls and 1 twin for our family of four. When we checked it, our room had two beds. It wasn't a problem, but it wasn't what we were expecting. But we still loved it and would return.

Loved the vibe! It was cozy, charming, and loved all the animals (birds, dogs) on the property. Would definitely stay there again. Having breakfast there was great!

My second time here. A short walk from “Via Argentina” Metro stop. Unfortunately they were not serving full breakfast this time. A bit noisy until 10 pm, but then quiet. A good hot, clean shower.

Although there was air-conditioning in our room, it wasn't very powerful and didn't cool the room down much. As mentioned in other reviews the pet birds really will wake you up at 6am every morning. This was despite us having earplugs and our room being further away from the birds than some of the others. The general feel of the hostel was fairly calm and relaxed, but if you're someone hoping to meet other younger backpackers it's probably not the place for you.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Compared to other accommodation in Panama City, it was pretty good value. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance, although most tourist places require using uber or metro.

A friendly B&B with a nice Garden that’s a great hideaway from the city. It was clean and had everything you need. The included breakfast is a bit basic but you can order something extra if you want. I didn’t because I didn’t see anyone around at the time but to be fair I didn’t go looking and somewhere in the house there was always someone to be found. The location felt safe and there’s a supermarket and some places to eat in walking distance. However you either need to figure out the Metro or use Uber to go anywhere in the city, which could take a while especially during rush hour.

The place was really clean and the staff was super friendly. A lovely place in a lovely neighborhood. There's a kitchen to use if you want to cook and there's breakfast every morning.

Fantastic stay. I have arrived at 06am and the Lady from the hostel gave me a blanket to sleep on the Couch. There are not that that many people but it is quite social. Tabletennis and Pool included ;)
