Great location only one block away from the dive center and my favorite bar - The staff was very friendly, I was given a room on the bottom floor, which for next time I would prefer the top floor. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. AC and TV both worked fine. The bathroom a bit small. They offer coffee and tea near reception that was very nice.

Generally clean rooms... Beds super soft. Otherwise: Could be a boutique hotel with a lot of ambience. Could be. Run like a hostel and a bit run down. @Management and owner: Property ist an Obligation (Lenin). Take Care of it. The lower end of 3rd street generally a bit ramshackle. Uncontrolled development. The 3rd street in front of the door will finally be upgraded and paved by around May 2025. Opposite ,10, meters, the none Provision ferryman for Your. Trips.

The room felt a little bit old, especially the bathroom.

Great staff, very clean place, the pizza in front of it is 100% worth trying. The room was comfortable, new AC, bed was good, but I felt that the pictures here didn't really translate into reality, maybe it was the room I took. I would book it again, but don't go expecting exactly the pictures of the rooms you see here.

The pillow cases had mascara stains on them, and the bedsheets also were not entirely clean. When we walked into the room, the AC was BLASTING. Once we lowered it, we realized the general temp of the room was damp, so we left with all of our clothes damp

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Located right in the heart of Bocas town, it’s very easy to walk anywhere from here

Tye shower was not great but I would stay in the hotel again.

The room was spacious and the location is good. We stairs in the first floor which has a very convenient common balcony with great views. It has presented the old and beautiful architecture

The hotel is quaintly old, wooden floors which do collect dust. But hard working household staff. Would have liked the option of a second top layer of bedding.

We did not take breakfast in the hotel, preferring to take a short walk to a restaurant we are familiar with. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. My husband is disabled and there is no lift and a long stair walk, however the manager suggested a different room on the ground floor. He was very helpful and showed concern that we enjoyed our stay. It is a quiet hotel in a position at the end of the Main Street, everything is accessible without the noise and bustle of being right in the centre of the Main Street. Very nice shower in the room, although on the small side. Nice front veranda. Beds comfortable. With crisp clean sheets. Air conditioning unit.

The hotel rooms were clean and quite large with extremely friendly staff. It’s located at the end of the road, so it’s a bit more quiet, but still very close to all the bars and restaurants.

The windows were positioned to the side, limiting the view of the bustling main street.

Bed was small and bathroom was very small. Fine for 1 night but we would have struggled with a longer stay.

Location is good and liked the tv with Netflix. Filtered water machine.

It was very loud till 2 a.m. because of a closely located club and at 7 a.m. the hotel personnel started to cut grass directly in front of our window. So one of our two nights we barely slept. The breakfast was good but you couldn't even get a glass of water for your coffee. For that price we would have expected a little more.

The loud music from Rush made it hard to sleep. The earplugs help a little, but the bass passes right through them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

It was incredibly loud - to the extent where you can’t sleep even with earplugs in as there are several clubs right next to the hotel and their beat has the bed shaking. Also the mattess is quite old and through. The sheets were stained, both bedside lamps didn’t work, there was nowhere to plug in my phone apart from the bathroom and all in all it seemed little value for money. And - this might not be the hotel’s fault - but when i had my laundry done via the hotel half of it was shrunk to the point that it cannot be worn anymore.

WiFi didn't work 1 of 4 days. Shower pressure extremely low. A little run-down, but pretty nice. Can be noisy if neighbours are noisy.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable bed. Location is excellent.
