It was nice you had a copy machine but for the price we pay and I do not believe it is unfair to ask for coffee in the room for the coffee machine. Also the air conditioner needs serious maintenance or preferably replacement. Ice would build up fall down and spray into the room also making love for noises sound like the air conditioner braking

Access to the pool is dreadful. After crossing the hotel entrance to the other side, and taking the elevator one story, you have to climb the 4-story-long, steep utility staircase, and that's the only access. It's odd.

I like the location and room kitchen amenities. Yady, Yazmin, and Ovidio at the front desk are absolutely great and very courteous. Always making sure I'm well taken care of. The cleaning staff ladies are also very kind and attentive.

Wifi is very spotty. Streaming buffers and freezes often. One day it didn't work, but tech got it working again. Small issues - Need a bedside lamp and a way to turn off the lights without having to get out of bed. Needs task lighting above the sink. There is a light, but the upper cabinet blocks it. There is no dish soap or sponge, needs a door to shower to contain splashing, need to run water for several minutes to get hot. Bathroom ceiling wasn't painted.

Very helpful, nice staff, bed was medium firm and comfortable, 4 pillows, desk, refrigerator, microwave (wasn’t in room, but was willing to bring one when I mentioned it), lots of Asian restaurants and large grocery stores in nearby mall. Clean, Very large room with small balcony, tv with Netflix, dressing area, desk, table with 2 chairs. Good shower pressure and hot water. As a solo female traveler, the neighborhood felt safe. Bus stop about 5 - 10 minute walk.

I didn’t quite like that the vending machine was not accepting credit or debit card since it was broken or something. I have this feeling that the curtains are never cleaned up, they just have a lot of dust. The painting of the walls was falling off, looked like there were filtrations from the water supplies or something idk. The bathroom had no windows, so it’s smelled humid ALL the time. They just gave us one set of towels the first night, so we had to share it and that’s not nice at all. The card will just disable every time we got out of the room. What a mess. THE PARKING LOT IS THE WORST. You feel like you’re going to be kidnapped or something like that.

It’s always nice to stay here. It’s not fancy, but it works fine.

Nothing in particular. The room is basic, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either.

For where I needed to be in Panama City (El Dorado), this hotel is in a very convenient location. Within a minute or two walking distance are many restaurants of different varieties. There's also a casino in the same building though I didn't get a chance to play in this trip. The room has a mini kitchen inside. Size is huge, enough to have a small dining table inside. The view was good from my floor (10th or 11th, can't remember).

The room was very spacious, clean, with a balcony and all the services worked fine. Hot water, air conditioning, TV, plenty of light, and pretty quiet. Very good service from the front desk lady.

i travel often for business and pleasure often, im not one to complain, but i probably could on many of my hotel stays, but at Central Park Hotel and Casino, i feel its a hidden gem! nice accommodation's and great location for Steak and Sushi.I think i forgot to mention the Casino, i won a little at the slot machines too.

My vacation began with Yazmin at the front desk checking me in; very pleasant and polite. Yazmin assured me that the hotel staff would make every possible gesture to assure me of a comfortable stay. I original booking was for only four days, than i would move across town to the Sortis Hotel Spa and Casino. I left Central Park Hotel and Casino on saturday, took a taxi to Sortis, after a view of the rooms and location, i felt everything was over priced and noisy. I was also looking for accommodation's with a washing and dryer. I returned to Central Park Hotel and Casino to inquire if they had rooms with washer and dryer, this is when I was introduced by Yazmin to Yady. Yady advised me that they have rooms with a living room, larger balcony and a washing and dryer on the floor for guest that plan to stay longer than a couple of days. I booked for four more days and Yady, upgraded my room to the eleven floor with washer and dryer, not only that, she escorted me to show me the room and setup both t.v. in each room to assure me i was getting all channels provided and english speaking t.v. to accommodate my stay. Yady and Yazmin and the entire cleaning staff made my eight day stay very comfortable and I will return soon.

It’s a bit outdated and the a/c made a weird noise during the night that kept waking us up.

Confortable, they had a microwave it was all very convenient. The hot water took a bit of time to work and I needed to call for help. The staff was very friendly but I needed to WhatsApp them.0

Shower doors missing so the floor end up wet after shower. Balcony sliding doors cannot lock. Didn’t feel comfortable knowing the room next door can come into my room through the balcony.

Slight smell in the halls due to run down carpets. Could use a touch up in colours to make it less dark and more welcoming.

It was in a good area for us (El Dorado) and the room was very large with a comfortable bed and chairs. The staff was great and very accommodating. We stayed there three different times due to travel in and out of Panama City and they stored our bags for four days between visits when we couldn’t take them on a San Blas tour. It was also very quiet.

Pool is not in the same complex , You have to walk across the street to get to it. there is no room service or restaurant on the premises. There was no telephone in my room.

The location was very convenient for moving around. Variety of restaurants close by and shopping Centers, also great entertainment. And for those who like a game of chance there is a Casino right next door. Room is spacious and also the bathroom.
