Pros : Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bed and pillow is very comfortable. Cons : Not enough towels provided, abit annoyed with that since they place only 1 towel in the room. We had to request many times only to be given 1 extra towel with an annoyed face by the house keeping. Toilet has a weird musky smell. Breakfast was plain. Overall, not the best hotel to stay with family.

we took 2 rooms which was connected to each other, Room was ok but the connecting door not good, got locked once, location was good everything was close by i mean the restaurants, shops, malls everything , breakfast was not as expected. not many varieties for a vegetarian.

Whenever I took shower after 5 to 10 minutes water got cold. In breakfast there was no coffee machine, there was just one type of juice, breakfast was not that good. Despite my room was in 6th floor, it hadn't a good view.

Okay, so it’s not family hotel at all. I read the reviews few hours before we stayed there (with already booked and paid room) and I was stressed. It’s true that there is a room or I don’t know what, next to the elevator where you can’t have short clothes and you can’t take pictures (so I think most of the ladies stay there). And when we arrived at 5am one „lady” was coming back from the room with cash in the hand and looked strange. Another morning we woke up early and had breakfast early with those strange landies. There were a lot of them (like 5-6)? They came with the men’s but they didn’t sit with them at the table (guess why) and also they were wearing strange clothes, like you can see the asses and boobs (which is also strange, because you are in the Oman). One of the ladies took the breakfast to the room with the guy. And after that, they were sitting in the hall (one women with 3 guys :) and I think they were discussing about another service or who knows. They are security guys but they don’t care. We were at the 6th floor so we didn’t hear nothing, but it’s strange to be at the hotel with those girls and thinking about those things. The bathroom smelled bad after few hours and the hair-dryer didn’t work.

We had room 616, which was almost at the top of the hotel which was really nice - we had amazing view from the window. It was nice room, big enough. Breakfast was really good and there were a lot of option. The guys from the kitchen were filling the empty bowls all the time.

There was noise from the next locked room, distracting all night, bed light switch not working, no customer service from the room service team, totally not friendly at all, even when asked for a glass they offered plastic take away glasses!! need to revise ne service!

Facility in good location, check in and out process is perfect, rooms were comfortable.

This room was my second night. There are audible staff noises coming from connecting door that was locked. Only floor and table lamps in the room. Not well lighted and no desk lamp to use if doing work. Staff wasn't quick to respond with requests. You need several follow-ups before they act.

The facility is nice and clean. Good value for money. Great location. Comfortable clean bed. Spacious Bathroom.

The breakfast was not at all good, infact it was cold and so was the milk and water for the tea, even the staff was very grumpy.
