The only thing that could be improved is the state of the AC in the room - it’s quite loud so you either need to sleep with noise blockers or else turn it off which is not quite an option in the summer ;).

The AC in our room was a bit loud.

Stunning location at the foot of a cliff deep in the canyon, with one of these amazing turquoise lakes litteraly at the doorstep of the resort. Very spacious rooms with amazing views. We can't praise the host enough - extremely kind and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. And the special treat - oud performance in the garden by the fire under the stars. This was an absolute highlight! It was our last evening in Oman, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer way to say goodbye. Very special!

The Resort is located in a Wadi. It’s the ideal mix of traditional and modern, the employees are super friendly, the breakfast & dinner are great, the rooms are clean. I would recommend to stay 2 nights there. The way to go is a bit adventurous, but the owner of the hotel sends you a video how to get there.

The location is stunning and the video explaining the proper way to reach the resort is very helpful - the road leading to the resort is epic and there’s cute goats everywhere! The breakfast and dinner was good, and the wadi nearby is beautiful with a few hikes possible around - although most of them are relatively hard.

Fantastic setting in a most spectacular wadi. We had a huge room above the main block which was very comfortable and perfectly clean. The food was some of the best we had on the whole holiday. Shihab the owner is a kind and calm host who has achieved something very special in building this place.

The location in the Wadi is incredible with a beautiful natural lake next to the hotel which is great for swimming in. I accidentally booked a room with twin beds but the staff were fantastic in rearranging things so that we could have a king bed. The hotel setting is great for relaxing and reading or for exploring the Wadi. Breakfast and Dinner were both varied and a high-quality.

It’s a lovely establishment next to a wadi which is very secluded. Not many tourists. The owner and the staff are all lovely. The establishment with its surroundings is one of the most peaceful stays in Oman. The staff washed our car as well, which was really nice and much needed. Will Definitely return someday.
