I woke at sunrise for a beach walk and was so surprised to see two turtles leave their nest. An amazing experience!!

they have many restriction( around 16 items) on the stay like not allowed to get food from out side, not allowed to use beach chirrs not happy at all of my stay and I will not come back again.

Well..the management would need to change the entire resort. Food is poor . The plants and parks and gardens are dry and not taken care of. . Food truly need to be improved. Nesscafe is a no go

So disappointing to see The Chedi is building across the harbor. The front desk woman told us there was a shuttle to see turtles (which we would not have done anyway because Raz Al Jinz does not respect the turtles) but then in the same sentence she told us there were no turtles. That was a little confusing. Definitely needs more choices for food at both meals.

This is my 5th time staying at the resort. Chosen for the location, the turtles, the beach, and perfect sunsets. Just a simple easy place to stay to see turtles and dolphin.

The access to food is limited during the day to certain timings. It is extremely windy and rooms facing outside are noisy due to strong winds. During the day drinks can be enjoyed only inside the bar.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. Nice swimming pool and access to the beach. Good place for the families as there is a children playing ground. Nice evening atmosphere in the outside restaurant with live music performance.

Firstly the hotel need some umbrella in the swimming pool area. The whole pool under the sun and there is no a chance to spend time in shadow. Secondly the staff need to be more communicative with each other. We took our staff from the room but still didn’t do check out, after breakfast time we wanted to use the room again but the housekeeping staff started to clean the room 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. So, we had to made check out early. Like they “push us out” of the hotel.

The hotel has amazing beach. Nice place to stay to have a trip to Ras Al Jinz beach to have a turtle 🐢 trip

Tv channels were not working from hundreds, we had only a view news channels. Windy area keep this in mind. On the breakfast we missed some fresh fruits cuttet and dark bread. There were no yogurts in portion( More choice and more hygienic) The fruit juice was like sugar and water or powered. I am sure there is a possibility for even better one.

Room was very nice! Food was good. You have choices! The resort is very well maintained. Quiet area also the beach and pool area are well maintained. The area were the resort is located is just stunning. Our room in the corner was a dream to sit and just enjoy! The staff ist just friendly and lovely. Very committed to make everything perfect for the guest.
