I had an exceptional stay at The St. Regis Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The butlers in particular deserve a special mention for their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality. The beach access was a highlight, not only because of its beauty but also for the many complimentary touches – from cold water and refreshing towels to sunblock and comfortable seating, everything was thoughtfully prepared. Around the resort, we were delighted with the variety of complimentary services offered, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and seamless. The attention to detail, world-class service, and genuine care for guests truly set this hotel apart. It’s a place where you feel pampered in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat.

the proccess of checkout take a little bet longer, i recommend that there is a staff specially for checkout or online checkout because usually the checkout the same day of flight

Honestly, nothing major. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The stay was amazing! The staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The service was spectacular from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the kindness shown to our children. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Access to the beach is limited. Not like other hotels that you can still walk at the seashore even during nighttime.

The staff. They were the most polite of all compared to other hotels in Muscat. My commendation to Alaa from The Stage and Jamshed at the pool. They were most helpful.

The lobby was uncomfortably hot, and I couldn’t sit there for long. It really affected my experience, as I was hoping to relax in the lounge area but the temperature made it difficult. I hope the hotel can improve the air conditioning in that area.

Blackout in room is not sufficient, some light can go through the gaps which i find annoying. Also, there are not enough showers near the beach.

Staff was extremely nice. The room large compared to other hotels with very chic furnishing. The lobby is lively and artistic.

Everything was perfect.

During my recent stay at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat, I was impressed by the spacious, beautifully designed rooms with their calming, cruise-inspired interiors and private balconies. The location in the Al Mouj district made it easy to get to from the airport, and the variety of restaurants on site – from Lebanese to Peruvian – meant there was always something new to try. I really appreciated the facilities, especially the Guerlain spa and the peaceful pool. The butler service added a thoughtful touch. Also, the hotel is a bit of a drive from Muscat’s cultural attractions so car rental is best. That said, it’s a stunning resort overall and a great choice if you’re after a luxurious, modern escape with excellent amenities.

The service at the beach area was not up to par with the rest of the experience. No body would come to ask us for food or drink . Most of the time we’d have to walk all the way to the staff to get their attention.

Everything was great. The restaurant selection, design of the property, the staff. Amazing! Special thanks to Mark at reception who was very helpful and kind.

The service is impeccable. The pool staff are incredible. The GM Wassim is highly professional. Aman man the Butler is world class. Marwa in the gym is so kind. Yusuf the IT manager is exceptional. Khalid did the hotels driver is one of the best in the game, it is a perfect hotel. BOOK IT!
