Everything was just perfect.

The room is modern well furnished and very comfortable and clean. High speed WiFi and coffee machine was an extra bonus. Overall, this wasn’t my first time booking and always it’s my first choice whenever I travel to Nizwa. The apartment got everything you need from fresh towels, soap and shampoo, kettle water and water bottles, espresso machine with capsules, refrigerator and definitely a nice clean room with most comfortable bed clean and tidy. You’ll get an iron board and iron as well. Rooms smells fresh and clean. Well designed and secured door with security code and cameras. It’s feeling like home where you have your own privacy. The host Assad is very friendly and responsive to guests needs to ensure that they have a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a a modern style accommodation better than all hotels in the area then you shouldn’t miss this place.

this is really amazing place, extremely comfortable bed, amazing mattress, pillow, we had very good sleep after all day of driving, very nice and functional design, very well equipped kitchen, its visible that owner thought over about everything you may need. there is a grocery store in the building, it is possible to pay by cash, very easy to access to the room, and very good contact with owner, I truly recommend this place and if i go to Nizwa again i will book it for 100%.

Only a small window is facing the inside of the building so there is no view. The room is situated in a residential building, the wall is quite thin so we can hear noises of neighbors. The location is a bit out of town.

The room is very nice and comfortable. The pictures online are exactly the same as reality. Clean, tidy, good WiFi, with a full equipped kitchen. The furnitures and facilities look new and modern. The host is friendly and helpful, give us the information we need.

Noisy!! The walls are like paper and we heard a lot of noise from the neighbors and the hallway.
