Niloy was very friendly explained everything even lent me a USB C cable as I lost mines. The hotel was beach front. My room was facing the beach with a balcony. Cafes and restaurants are walking distance. The WiFi was very good.

I liked it in general. The quality vs cost ratio is the best.

The location of the place next to the sea provides the best opportunity to relax. The villa is very nice, clean and tidy. The service and guidance from Niloy was incredible. He made me feel very welcome

Maybe it would be lovely to have even a tiny TV in the room:) not something super important though and there is a TV downstairs in common area if someone needs. Everything was really great!

Absolutely amazing place:) We stayed there for a week and would love to stay for 2 more :) We had a room with balcony overlooking the beach and the sea, very private:) The villa is actually directly on the beach so it's really fantastic for beach time! The room was big with huge comfy bed and big wardrobe, the A/C worked well and bathroom was very spacious. Wifi very good. Balcony was a bliss to hang around early morning and watch beautiful sunrise:) There's a kitchen downstairs where you can use the fridge and do some cooking, there are basic utilities to make coffee or fry an egg. The venue has their own wicker umbrellas and comfy sunbeds which are prepared for free whenever you need them and they are just a few steps away from the building, very handy. The venue also has a small swimming pool, rather for kids. The location is perfect due to closeness of the beach but also there are restaurants nearby and a well equipped grocery store a few mins away while taxi to centre should be no more than 2 OMR. And the most important thing I have to emphasise is Niloy, the best host you can ever imagine, who is available always within minutes on whatsapp, trying to help with anything the guests might need, from extension cord to booking a taxi, changing towels or preparing sunbeds, always with a smile:) Thanks so much Niloy, you made this stay so easy and pleasant!:) We will be recommending your place to all friends and whoever else might ask:)

Just the Communal kitchen needs a deep clean.

Niloy who looks after the property is AWESOME! Very kind, efficient and reliable. He has an amazing smile. Speaks English very well. My room was comfortable with a view to die for, in front of the Arabian Sea and fine sandy beach. 3 great restaurants are near by. The outdoor swimming pool although on the small size is actually nice to dip in and swim. I highly recommend staying in this guest residence in a very peaceful location.

Just one socket in the room. Some other conveniences are missing by default, but you can ask the manager.

The beach is good for swimming, few people, nice large room with a sea view. The manager Niloy is very helpful.

Very pleasant accommodation in a clean environment and by a beautiful beach. We would like to thank the host Mr. Niloy, who took great care of us and thanks to him we spent an extra night here! The hotel includes sun loungers under umbrellas on the beach, which Mr. Niloy will be happy to prepare for you and help with everything you need. We were very satisfied.

When I booked the villa it said you will have the entire place for yourself. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Yes I had my room and toilet but the villa was shared. So it wasn’t appropriate for me and I didn’t stay there. I left the same night. I would like to ask for a refund
