First of all the location and the vibe fo this place was amazing. Also the staffs from the reception was so friendly and helpful as well. In sha Allah the next time I will stay in this hotel.

The room was freezing eventhough the AC is closed..!

In the reciption (Fatima) was extremely amazing and in the restaurant (Ahmed) positive vibes and friendliness was really appreciated.. Also the person who came to take me from the airport was so professional that is something I would like to thank (Kamrol) aneld not to forget behind the scene who responds to the reservation emails, was so prompt that u rarely find this fast and polite responses.. Thank you to the rest for the great service and stay 🤍

Convenient for families due to proximity to entertainment options. 🎡 Entertainment Cinepolis Cinema available for family Two different play areas for children within the mall. 🍽️ Breakfast Experience Breakfast included in the booking with a good variety of options. Special recognition to Mr. Ahmed for his warm and attentive service, especially with children. He regularly checked on us and made sure everything was in place. 💰 Value for Money Price felt slightly overrated. The central location somewhat justifies the cost. 🛎️ Customer Service Minor issues upon arrival were quickly addressed. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mahmoud, the front desk manager, for his excellent customer service. He listened attentively, lifted our spirits, and made sure we felt supported throughout our stay.

There was no prayer mat in the room. No slippers in the room. No bathrobe as well. AC condensation dripping on the floor in the corridors which can be a safety hazard for the guests. The swimming pool was not temperature controlled, water was cold for my kids.

Location close to major tourist attractions. Connected to the mall. Friendly and professional staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a lot of options.

Everything was good no complains !!

The hotel is located just on the top of the biggest shopping mall of salalah which makes everything easy, also the airport and other amenities are near !! The price was value for money !!

Everything was very nice. (Staff very nice, my room was nice and clean). The hotel is inside the mall but not directly connected to it so there is no noise. The hotel is close to nice restaurants as well. I stayed only a few days but everything was perfect.

Honestly, the hotel is amazing , but third parties company like osama khalil are disappointing and may affect customer satisfaction due to extra charges and bad appointments.

The hotel has a great location, as it is in a very lively area with nearby cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food. Sanu always made sure I got my morning coffee just right. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is located above the shopping center and next to the bazaar. This is very convenient. Another big plus is that it is 5 minutes from the airport. All the staff starting from the reception: I can note Fatima, M. Mahmoud, M. Majid. They fulfilled our accommodation requests, we are very satisfied. All: swimming pool breakfasts, room amenities at the highest level. We haven't rested for so long, in such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for that.
