An overall great experience. Such a pleasant stay! The property exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable with a breathtaking view. A calm and serene atmosphere that is ideal for a quiet stay. The staff were very pleasant and ready to help at all times. The restaurant was an added comfort. Parking was available at all times. We would definitely be interested in staying with them again.

United KingdomRoom servicing could have been more thorough and no natural light at all in the lounge, due to the apartment's layout. Blackout curtains were hanging off so not very efficient. Some of the furniture was a bit tired and although it was clean enough, there were lots of dubious-looking stains. It just felt a bit unloved and with some TLC, could have been a 10/10.
Lots of parking and easy to find, which is why we chose it and not a hotel in central Nizwa. We had a whole apartment and the big main room was lovely, with a seating area, windows on two sides and a view of the city/wadi. Bed was big and very comfortable, room was quiet at night and we slept well. Air-con was very efficient. Bathroom was fine, Good WiFi and the Turkish restaurant downstairs was excellent. Took about 20 minutes to walk to the souk, along a well-lit main road. We had to ask for the room to be serviced the first morning but it was done every day after that, although not very thoroughly - just the bed made, etc - room wasn't swept. We also had a fully equipped kitchen, which we didn't use, and a lounge which was an internal room looking onto a central vent, so sometimes a bit whiffy - we used it as a dressing room rather than a seating area. Staff were efficient but not overly friendly. But overall, we were pleased to have so much space and the hotel was a good base for exploring this lovely area.

OmanThe location of the hotel is an advantage to the tourist. It’s just 5 minutes from Nizwa fort and Nizwa transitional market. The room is very wide and comfortable with a full size bed in the bedroom, setting area in the living room and a kitchenette. My family enjoyed the stay.

Spacious, clean, reasonably priced. I looked at other reviews and now having stayed there, i think many are unfair. It is a spacious apartment and reasonably modern - similar to other options out there. Excellent for thr price. It is clean and the bed was very big. Thr bathroom is similar to other ones in most of Oman. Was clean and reasonable. Hot water was always available. Aircon was good Location is really good if you have a car especially thoigh its just a 3min car journey to loads of cafes, souq, fort Staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant seemed popular, didnt try the brrakfast there as we went to a cafe called Luqya, down the road, which was brilliant Also very handy for people travrlling over weeks as there is a washing machine too.
