It is not exactly a 2 bedroom apartment. There is a bedroom with a double/queen bed while 2 single beds are in the living/dining room (where the main door is). No tea/coffee in the apartment, would be nice to have some.

Centrally located, 5 min walk from the fort and the Souq. Owner was quick to respond to messages. House was spacious and clean.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment at walking distance from the fort and souq. We found the apartment easily when we arrived in Nizwa. It was overall a cosy stay and great value for money! We highly recommend the Al Raka apartment.

It’s not really 2 bedroom - 2 beds are in the lounge so think this should be renamed. Cash only - this was very difficult to see in T&Cs and quite unusual for bookings so would be good if more prominent.

I have stayed at the Nizwa Park House Apartment with my family, and we had an absolutely delightful experience. The apartment is incredibly well-maintained, offering spacious and clean rooms that were perfect for our stay. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk from Nizwa Fort and the Souq, which made exploring the city very convenient. The owner was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall ambiance of the apartment contributed to a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nizwa​

It is located next to Nizwa fort. Lot of restaurants and shops near by. Taxi stand is right next to the apartment. I did meet the owner and he is such a humble person. He made sure we had a great stay in his apartment.

In the evening we could sometimes hear noise from the cars on the street - but it stopped and then it was very quiet.

Fantastic location and view. Yes the window has a film over it but doesn't hinder view. Short walk to the fort and souq and small supermarket around the corner. Enough utensils in the kitchen to make meals. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend

there is no free parking close to the building so you will have to park the car a little bit further (5/10 min walk) which is not a problem but I think it is important to know it.

The windows have an amazing view, unfortunately you can't open them and they aren't cleaned from outside, so there is a dust and sand layer on them and you can't really appreciate the view. It looks like a former office transformed into apartment, it works but don't expect an actual home feeling. Would still recommend the place!

Location is ideal, walking distance to main attractions. There is a kitchen, not super equipped with cutlery but enough to cook basic stuff, which is nice.

A spacious flat, situating conveniently close to the major attractions Nizwa has to offer. Easy to find, little shop around the corner for essentials. Owner Saud very welcoming and helpful, immediate communication. Encountered few problems he helped to solve, forever thankful.
