Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsVery nice modern apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The place is spotless and has a comfortable bed. If you can’t sleep with the AC on: the overhead fan is completely silent and if you get bored in the evening, there’s even Netflix on tv. Communication is through WhatsApp but they are very responsive. The location is just outside the old city, a 10 minute walk to all the sights and restaurants. Private parking is also a available.

It was very comfortable, immaculately clean. The host has very thoughtfully kept an adaptor, UNO cards etc. A staff member helped carry our bags upstairs. We reached rather late in the evening and the owner was there to greet us and settle us in. It was much better than the pics on bookings.com.
