Peaceful atmosphere since it’s adults hotel only,two swimming pool,dining inside the hotel or other alternative in Rottana or Alfanar hotel,In the center of Hawana activities,using Juweira hotel or Alfanar for peach .The most thing the reception in charge Husain and Rasha which really can solve any problem or complain you face and Millad incharge of your baggage and golf car can take you everywhere.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay incredibly relaxing. The service, however, is what truly sets this place apart. Rasha was amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Alamin and Hussain provided exceptional support, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Milad was also outstanding, offering assistance with a friendly attitude and genuine care. The hotel had all the amenities needed, and even in July there was an open hotel beach. Every morning we enjoyed our hotel breakfast thanks to the kind lady who prepared the amazing omelettes, waffles and crepes. The waiters very so polite and helpful, and remembered our preferences; it's a shame we couldn't remember their names because they deserve medals for best service! Sienna and Milad were so welcoming at the reception every day. Try As Sammak restaurant nearby: the food, music, views and atmosphere are just perfect.

- Organization and communication of dining options was a bit confusing (we wish we had a depliant explaining everything but there was none and had to engage in long Q&As with the staff) - Some of the services are sub-optimal for a high-end resorts (e.g., there is a club cart available to move around but waiting times can sometimes exceed 10 minutes)

- Very large resort with all we needed to relax and chill (clean and well maintained private beach, several pools, gym, spa, etc.) - Special thanks to Rasha at the reception, who has been very attentive and patient with all our requests

It would be good to add all-inclusive option

Our stay at Juweira Boutique Hotel was simply wonderful! From the very first moment, we experienced high-level service and warm hospitality. At the reception, we were greeted by Rasha, and we didn’t have to wait at all – the check-in process was quick and efficient. At the same time, Rasha gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and all the opportunities available, ensuring we wouldn't miss anything. It was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Rasha, thank you so much for your attentiveness and professionalism! The room cleaning was impeccable. Every time returning from the beach, we found our rooms perfectly tidied. A special thanks to Maruf for his excellent work! The hotel's location is excellent: it has direct access to both the ocean beach and the bay area. The hotel compound is widespread, featuring picturesque canals with charming bridges. Along the shore, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines, as well as small souvenir shops. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the comfort and services provided easily match a 5-star experience. We would love to return here again!

- Food offerings at the adult only Juweira beach, as well as their smaller adult only pool would have been nice - The very noisy Island Bar that plays loud music on Thursday nights well into 2am... - Quality of the shampoo was very poor, otherwise there were excellent bathroom amenities

- Exceptional service from a wonderful team, huge spacious and peaceful facilities, beautiful gardens and beaches - Rasha and Islam from reception were extremely friendly, the concierge team, Rima, Hussein, Manoj and Raj from the breakfast room and restaurants were excellent, Maan from the room service and pool bar made the best cocktails and was great to chat too, and Azmir and his housekeeping were the best ever! Everyone we had contact with was very genuine, friendly and professional. - Beautiful Marina Suite, two balconies overlooking the marina, comfy bed, enormous bathroom, sun loungers - Lovely breakfast spread and service, excellent daily housekeeping service, good wifi, clean beaches, long walks - Superb seafood dinner outdoors listening to a band with a cello, guitar and flute player
