I love the varieties as there were cultural foods as well as.american and Asian mixtures. I like the self help style and at the same time I was able to order eggs omelets with my liking added on. The staff was.polite and helpful. It surroundings was clean.

the room was very small ... No table was there to place the bag. Other things are available including the complementary coffee set.

Didn't take any meal in the Hotel as I had some work to do for the whole day over the two-night stay. The location is good if your purpose of the visit is to visit some embassy or governmental body.

Hospitality 101% receptionists were so professionals and super accommodating 🥰 thank you so much to filipina receptionist and omani guy who assisted us during the check-in time. Even given us the opportunity to check put until 3 pm with no charge! Staffs are the best! Recommendable and cleanliness as it's finest! May God bless all the employees in the Intercity Muscat Hotel. Will stay again definitely.

The rooms were immaculately clean, breakfast was phenomenal everyday-well worth the pre-purchase price of 4 rials. The front desk staff knew my name by the 2nd day and always greeted us with big smiles and warmth. Noman helped us with getting a taxi, bringing our luggage to and from The rooms and he was just the nicest and most helpful Man! Always wore a big smile on his face and ready to help with anything we needed. I would stay here again and again. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the closest mall (avenues mall) and 2.5-3km from The mall of Oman. Both options were fantastic.

Every thing was wonderful starting From the moment of reaching A hotel then a kind people receiving in reception the good dealing with clients. Along with that the good hospitality with Arabic coffee ☕. The good avilablity of different types of food and drinks. Also the staff every where in addition of all that kind greeting of all staff when ever you move. This hotel consist of so many things which make it like A small city.. Honestly, nothing major. Maybe i would prefer liquid hand soap. No hair conditioner. Non-caffenated tea selection would be nice too. Otherwise, I seriously recommend staying in this hotel.

Staff are friendly. The hotel is new and modern. Spacious free underground parking with elevators that take you straight to your floor, which is very convenient. Close proximity to Sultan Qaboos Street with a central location makes everything within reach. There's a small shopping centre with coffee shops and restaurants in the building. The pool is nice with great mountains and city views. The breakfast was excellent with variety of options, and it exceeded my expectations. Value for money is very good. The room itself is clean, spacious, and with a modern design. There's a fridge, kettle with basic tea, and instant coffee selection.
