Water pressure was very throughout our stay low but apparently this was a fault. No washing machine for clothes. Kitchen utensils a little limited.

Very convenient location. Large clean house. Friendly host. Nice garde. Good views of the mountains. Nice to have the pool.

Really nice house. It’s a little out of the way, but that makes it quiet. The facilities are great, it’s lovely to have a pool at the end of a long day. There is a house keeper to manage checking in, but the owner is available by phone and is very helpful.

The flow was water was very feeble and even adjusting valve as suggested did not improve.

Clean rooms with almost all facilities for family living. Mr. Khalid was always prompt on responding to queries and making arrangements.

1- swimming had too much chlorine. 2- The housekeeper did not respect our privacy and entered the Villa without our consent or without even calling me on my number when we were sleeping.. i came with family and this was very inappropriate. 3- the walls of the main gate are so short. It poses a security threat for the guests.

The Villa was very well organized and furnished. All the amenities provided were delightful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was also very nice. The best thing was that their TV had netflix too.

The kitchen equipment could be improved a bit - few plates, small spoons and missing kitchen cloth towels. Nothing major.

Great accommodation with a nice outdoor pool. The garden around the house is very nice with a barbecue and a covered seating area. The house is surrounded by a high wall, which guarantees complete privacy. Comfortable beds. Nearby Nizwa fort, Bahla fort, Balcony walk, Lulu hypermarket and other shops.

To be honest, with the price it is 200% recommended. Cleanliness is at its best.

The calm environment with beautiful views around the place. Especially, in October onwards till Feb, it is great time to visit. All attractive places are nearby including wonderful mountains in Dakhliya region. Talabat serves with fair choice of restaurants around. Supermarket is on walking distance. Owner of the place is very kind and supportive.

The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. The shower is near the toilet door. When you use the toilet after showering, the floor is wet.

Nothing. Only one small advice to cover the playground so it can also be used during the day. Now it was during the day too hot for the kids and they really wanted to play there.

The pool was under shade but that made the water extremely cold, and the jacuzzi did not have heated water. Hence, we couldnt spend more than a few minutes in the pool and jacuzzi, which was a shame as they looked lovely.

The location was good and near several restaurants but the villa was not so easy to find despite the coordinates. We only found out that the villa is just beside a road and had no idea why Google maps brought us round and round. Host guided us to some good food establishments (we went to Arabian Hospitality Restaurant for the excellent camel meat!). The rooms were spacious and had good bedding. Towels and some basic utilities such as kitchen utensils were provided but no toiletries though, so pls bring your own. The host had graciously let us stay another 2 hours before checking out because we had overslept (we were on meds for a cough/ cold).

The location is very convenient to everything! The bed was the most comfortable! The place was very clean, and we enjoyed the barbeque! The caretaker was helpful and unobtrusive.

The restroom facilities are very high-end, made of the finest materials, and I advise everyone to visit this villa and enjoy the facilities it contains.. Also, I do not forget the villa has a wide outlet of spaces and also provides 3 rooms with toilets!!
