The house was clean, and I liked the owner's (Mr. Sergey) organization and communication. I will definitely come back in the future.

The location not the same as it shown in the map. It's more than 20 minutes walking from the location in the map. No stuff for daily cleaning.

Upon check- in we realized cleaning was not done properly for which we were given discount other than that it is suitable to accommodate 4-5 family members. Also Wi-Fi was not available however the owner made efforts due to which we got Wi-Fi in the property.

The site said WiFi on site however there was no service for us to access it. There was a WiFi available by the name of our room number but the owner told otherwise. We tried calling the helpline but skipped the WiFi service. there was inconsistency on WiFi availability. After doing a 10H drive from Ibri, not having WiFi was a let down

Very nice designed house. We especially liked the fact it was a villa and duplex with front door parking. Very clean. All amenities were provided for our family of 5 and more. The backyard was lovely with view of water and a small garden for BBQ

Nothing, it was very disappointing and not like advertised..! 1- the apartment wasn’t clean… i acutely spent my own money to clean it. 2- it was stated that the apartment can hold more then six ppl but in reality it can only fit 4. 3- there was one room available and it was upstairs. - the stairs were very scary and steep. - the room location is not suite for a pregnant woman, kids and old ppl. - the shower were located in the upstairs room. 4- the backyard grass was not maintained and looked after even though the neighbors backyard were beautiful and green, and there weren’t any tables and chairs to sit on the balcony and the backyard. 5- it was stated in the “BOOKING” that the checkout time was 12 pm. We were contacted at 10 AM by the owner and informed that we need to check out at 11 PM. when questioned about it, he told us that booking.com made a mistake and it should It should’ve been 11 AM instead of 12pm. All in all, it was very disappointing and very misleading false advertisement. This apartment is only suited for bachelors not family with kids.

The place is nice and the location is good, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The apartment was listed as suitable for six people, but we found it prepared for only two: not wnough blankets, no tissues or bathroom rolls, and not even the most basic hospitality items like water, sugar, or coffee, what we found wss clearly leftovers from orevious victims. Some pillows did not have clean covers, and when we finally received some, it was on the second day. Communication was only through WhatsApp and very ineffctive. On the first day, after 13 hour drive from the UAE, I had to drive again ti a supermarket to buy water, tea and coffee, as the apartment was completely unprepared to welcome guests. Unfortunately, the service did not justify the amount paid.

It was not well cleaned. You can feel the dust on the floor. No bottled water provided. No toilet paper. It has one-bedroom only but manageable for a group of 6 because they have extra bed, although we did not use it. We utilized the sofabed to accommodate 2 people.

Few minor items such as dental kit, shaving kit and wifi would have certainly made our trip more comfortable. Rest all arrangments & facilities are excellent. Especially PS5 games, telescope, kitchen equipments, cutleries and items are outstanding.
