Don't expect Airbnb, the employee was not a man of many words and not much contact with the hosts.

Way way better than the pictures tell. Lots of space , garden oasis. Cosy design, huge kitchen. There is even a 2nd pool.. superb!

I had an excellent stay at the hostel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of service. I highly recommend this hostel and look forward to staying here again.

There was no coffee in the kitchen. The kitchen is great though. Try not to come at night. The place is hard to find if your Google maps are not working good. Took us 1 hour instead of 7 min:))

The AC remote didn't work so perhaps a more thorough check of the room by the staff before guests arrive.

The rustic ambience. friendly atmosphere and location close to the souq. There was also a kitchen to use and a lovely garden to sit in.

Wow! Just wow! What a beautiful place! Spacious. Clean. Quiet. Presented with pride. Decorated beautifully. Although I’d seen the images online it was still a surprise when we walked in. Huge bedroom with a second door that led out to the courtyard and pool. Stunning! All facilities offered, full kitchen, communal lounges, laundry machine, parking. It was an approximate 1.2km flat, easy, and safe walk to Fort Nizwa and souqs. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Bathroom could be improved a bit

Very nicely decorated hostel, with many local features. The outside space was very enjoyable with a pool and plenty of comfortable seating. We spend a bit of time just relaxing outside it was very peaceful

Everything! The house style and decoration, the lovely garden, the comfort of the rooms, finding everything you need in the kitchen, the peace of the place, the discretion of the personel (actualy we met only one person over three days), and... everything.

A beautiful, clean, and very spacious room with a view of the garden and pool. The location is very quiet. Wi-Fi connection is good. Parking is hassle-free. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Nizwa Fort.

No or no good shower curtain, making the bathroom floor wet. We both had problems with the mattress which seems too old. My wife suffered back pain for several days.

Large luxury mansion with beautiful quiet garden and a heated pool. Not far from the okd town, 5 minutes by car, locals showed us a free abandoned parking area close to the entrance of the old town. Huge room, enormous common seating area and complete common kitchen. Decoration like a real museum. We didn't see any owner, a friendly man kept the area super clean and handled payment cash or with credit card.

Nothing really. Our only complaint was that the pool was as hot as a bath so was not great to swim in or to cool off.

The place was full of character and very spacious. Our room opened onto a lovely walled garden with plenty of choices of places to sit including shade from palm trees. Our room had a fridge and there was a well equipped kitchen. There was a nice pool with sun beds around it.

Very nice accommodation, we had the whole big house and the pool to ourselves. Very nice owner. Despite a small misunderstanding regarding the rooms, he resolved everything to our satisfaction. Thank you once again. A short walk to the historic part of the city.

Close to Nizwa old center, 15 minute walk by a quite street with taylor shop and mosques. It's a beautiful big omanite home with 4 rooms for guest a quite garden with a warm swimming pool. You can find private parking spaces ( we have a big suv and we park without problem) a big kitchen if you want to have your dinner by yourself and a large sofa area to relax. The owner is kind and send you all you need by wathapp before arrive and give you info about sorronding areas. Stay here far from Niwza traffic in a silent green area.

The hostel is very well placed. Close enough to walk to the city centre without the need to try and navigate your car in the narrow aisles of the old city. The location is exactly as shown in pictures. The owners are very nice and helpful even if you do not meet at the site, they are always there to help you with anything you need (at least online). The room with a garden view is super spacious and very pleasant. We were traveling in January and did not need to turn on the AC as the room was in a great temperature all the time. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it. Hospitality, facilities, location. All you will appreciate during your stay in Nizwa.
