We had been badly let down by an AirBnB host and contacted Musallem at Sea Villas at the last minute. He was totally accommodating and could not have been more helpful. The location is fantastic - on a wide sandy beach (ask for a room with a sea view and a balcony) and a short walk away from a range of restaurants and a small grocery store. It’s a short taxi ride into town or to the airport, which is less expensive if you use one of the Taxi Apps. A delicious breakfast was included consisting of fresh sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, olives, feta and cheddar cheese, lots of fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order (try the omelette!), orange juice, whole wheat bread for toast and a selection of pastries. Arabic coffee to start was a treat and there is coffee and tea ‘on tap’ to help yourself to. Our host is a remarkable and interesting man with a great knowledge of the local area, and the mountains and desert which surround it. He is a professional tour guide (Salalah’s first) and can arrange a variety of experiences and tours for you.

It's an amazing location, just a few steps from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants nearby. Next time in Salalah, I will for sure take room here again.

The place makes you feel home straight away. The freshly made breakfast including the delicious omelette made me especially happy every day during my stay. The friendly staff looks after you very well and is flexibel when it comes to booking trips or extending your stay. The location right at the beach and the views are amazing. The little village near Salalah City is cosy and you will find plenty of options for food and to buy snacks. I loved to see all the Omani families at the beach in the late afternoon for sunset.

The only thing that comes to mind is the weak internet connection. But as we were on holiday, we were not bothered very much.

The location was superb, our room had a balcony with a direct sea view. The breakfast was outstanding, with lots of fresh local fruits, honey, dates, eggs, olives, cheese and jams, juice and a variety of bread. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, giving the place a personal and local touch. We also enjoyed that it was a small B&B with only a couple of units.

the villa is overlooking the beach and it is not isolated (there are some small shops near by) they serve a copious breakfast with a local touch the managers are very attentive to hosts needs and can provide good tips for sightseeing and to get to know more on Bedouin lifestyle and on the legendary frankincenose trade route

the property is located is a bit far from the city (Salalah) center and no public transport is available here. The taxi is not an expensive ride though, but I would recommend to install and use the OTAXI app.

The apartment is located at the beach, with a direct view to the ocean. We got a room with the terrace, so we could enjoy the ocean-panoramic even more. Clean and well equipped rooms, extremely helpful manager(s) and whole staff at the property. The manager helped arranged the car rental for us. Tea and coffee available at all times in the dining area.

Awsome accommodation just a few meters from the ocean. Both the owner of the lodging and the gentleman who manages the hotel were very kind. Spacious and clean rooms, healthy and fresh breakfast. Didn't expect so many rooms in the villa, might feel a bit crowded during the peak season

Perfect location: literally on the beach (a long stretch with fine sands), in the vicinity of most attractions incl. museum, Al Baleed archeological site, souq, Haffa beach and the fruit stalls, plenty restaurants and cafes, etc. Comfortable bed; going to sleep to the susurration of waves Jyan, the housekeeper, prepares excellent breakfast

Hard to find it the first night and breakfast location and hours were not posted or made available to me. The manager was very kind and apologetic when he learned I went 3 days without breakfast, but it could have been easily avoided had there been clear communication up front.

The price is too high for the service that the place offer, the AC leaking and it was repaired immediately after our call, but it never clean the rest of the room during our stay and the technician leaves a lot of dust and fluff removed from the AC.

The location is great just in front of the beach and nice view from the room.
