How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

A bit pricey during Kharerf season but that is everywhere in Salalah
2nd year in a row. Great property with large clean apartments. Wonderful and attentive staff. Coffee shops and mini market right downstairs.

More staff and carts needed Staff should wear uniforms/ similar clothing/ or IDs to show professionalism, otherwise they were perfect. Showers should be better designed to keep wetting the whole bathroom. Housekeeping should be at all times during the day rather than just the day time
Friendly staff, helped out a lot, bukhoor everywhere there was no bad smell. Good clean spacious apartments with everything you need. Towels, tissue, housekeeping provided. Dry cleaning and mini mart available.

This is a very good place to stay in Salalah. The rooms are spacious, has all necessary amenities and was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the road entrance is a littlebit tricky due to the heavy traffic. maybe a couple of road bumps would make entering and exiting a bit easier. That is all. nothing else to complaint about

Drinking water is not provided, but it wasn’t a big issue as the supermarket under the hotel had everything I needed.
Great stay! Perfect location, clean apartment, spacious room, and equipped with all necessary appliances. Highly recommended!

Although the location is considered as a good one, however, it’s so crowded. And it’s not the fault of the complex. If the streets were fixed this issue will not be there.
The apartment is spacious and clean and it has all devices and appliances.

Very review of comment about him is positive and it's very true. very pleasant person and very helpful . He answers calls and texts anytime during days and nights. I love that guy . It is centrally located, close to everything. The ground floor is commercial where you can find good cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, chocolate and flower shops etc.

Nothing at all! It was really good !
The location is close to everything. Although it is quite tiring once you are back from all the hiking and sightseeing during the day, incase you would like to step out, there are so many cafes and shops at walking distance. We were surprised to see the studio was large with a seperate kitchen which had all the essential tools. The room also includes a small dining table for 2 so you can comfortably order in, relax, eat and clean up just like home. The staff are friendly, quick and always there to help. The phone has a direct extension for a cafe and the supermarket downstairs. It was perfect and we really loved our stay here.

They provide all the necessary amenities. Considerate service. The location is in the center of Saada, a complex where you can easily access various shops, restaurants, and other facilities. The apartment is clean and neat!!!

during our stay every thing was fine without problem.
Since we enter we had good welcome with Arabic coffee and on the reception very friendly and helpful. we had one bed room and it's was big and comfortable all electronic devices was working fine plus free parking, location easy access to many area, ofcoures will back again.
