There was nothing that we didn't like.

The staff were great they organised a birthday cake for my husbands birthday. Our room overlooked the water it was spacious & comfortable. We loved our stay.

The fridge was loud!

Lovely big, bright, spacious room. We didn’t pay for a room with views but the views were still really nice! It was very clean and tidy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really liked the location as it was quiet and out of the way but still not too far to walk over the bridge to the corniche and souq etc Breakfast was pretty good and on the weekend you get it cooked fresh to order.

The staff were not particularly friendly

The location was great for us, away from the centre of Sur but close enough to the things we wanted to see and do. We only stayed one night, we had a nice room with a view of the lagoon,parking was plentiful and there was a restaurant in the hotel and another one next door. The watchtower with its great sunset views is very close by and the Dhow boatyard and Maritime Museum are both only a 15 minute walk away via the bridge between Sur and Al Ayjah

Unfortunately, the wifi connection was very weak in our hotel room, but in the breakfast room and the hotel lobby it got a lot better.

The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. We chose a sew view and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but there was enough variety to satisfy me and my friends.

Very helpful front desk got a new battery for my car key fob when it ran low. The location is on the edge of town but its a small town so everything is close by.

It is on a main road and we found a little noisy in the front rooms. I used ear plugs and slept fine though.

Nice room, had all basic amenities you need. An easy walk into the main part of town and Al Ayjah. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant but the one next door makes for a convenient and tasty meal.

Wonderful view on the lagune. Very good value for money. Hotel a bit old but with atmosphere. Hotel has on each floor wonderful oval balcony inside (took pictures!).

The twin beds for our daughters were very hard.

The sea/mountain views were terrific. Climbing to the little fort right next to the hotel for sunset was great.

- Breakfast was not included, though food was good, choices were a bit limited (though in line with what is offered in other Omani hotels).

- Very nice and spacious room with a gorgeous view towards the water. - Quiet and comfortable bed. The hotel is near a road but traffic can barely be heard. - Friendly staff. - Good parking options right outside. - Clean. - Nice breakfast area.

Great location if you want to see towers and scenic part of Sur (across the bridge). Sea view room was worth it, considering hotel is not very cheap. Breakfast was really excellent. Staff was great and very kind, had a feeling that they really care (cleaning and kitchen staff, Acquelle). Saying all that, hotel has much more possibiities and owners should invest more (lightning, balcony doors..) to male this hotel exceptional.

the hot food section was not really warm

I was with my family. we had adjoining rooms. the place met my expectations and good value for money. the breakfast was OK for us, the ala carte BF was better than the buffet BF, but all in all we were fine and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely staff, spacious room, delicious breakfast. Next to the hotel is also a very good restaurant. It's from the same owner. We had a room with seaview which was great.

Breakfast choices quite limited

Well located hotel overlooking a lagoon and a short walk over the bridge into Sur town centre. Room was spacious with nice view of lagoon. Quiet so slept well even though bed was quite hard. Filipino staff were friendly and helpful

The staff was really kind and welcoming. For our honeymoon we got even fresh flowers and a nice decoration in our room (thank you!).

- yes, the building is a bit old, but do not let this affect you. It is still a very nice place to stay in Sur

Room was quite expensive than what it should be particularly when there's no additional facility in the hotel ( like a swimming pool/spa). Staff a little inattentive. It was our anniversary and we were expecting a cake/flowers/decorations. None of it was provided

Great location - 5 mins walk from the harbour/bridge/lighthouse. Wonderful view from the room. The dining area was amazing. Food was decent too
