    “Nice staff, flexible with check-in time (mine was really late, I appreciate the waiting) and they let me leave my luggage and hang out in the common area after the check-out. The building is easy to find and you can also reach it with public transport from the airport - I took the bus A1 and took me 8-9 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. Excellent value for money. Thank you Kaab and Mohamed and see you again inshallah! :)”

    “Staff provided brilliant service, especially Vijay at reception, farhad, cresida and sharukh at the restaurant. Always went out of their way to get us anything we needed and provided 5* service. Also gave us complimentary late check out. Went half board and food was very nice.”

    “We had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our mornings; the entire team was attentive, but Mouhammed and Agnes stood out with their warmth and genuine hospitality, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. Room service was excellent as well, and we want to especially thank Abbas for his helpfulness and assistance throughout our stay. The concierge service also went above and beyond. The Concierge Manager Assistant and Miss Abeer not only helped us with recommendations and city arrangements but also assisted us with resolving a parking fine, something we deeply appreciated, as it shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort beyond the hotel itself. Many thanks.”

    “All staff extremely friendly. Chedi pool and restaurant by the sea was our daily haunt and the service was amazing. All the staff were very helpful and if we had any issue it was sorted in a matter of minutes. The layout was excellent and the varied wildlife around was great to see from the lizards to the crabs nesting on the beach and the seabirds diving for fish. The selection of foods at breakfast was excellent something for everyone. Overall a very enjoyable experience with everything you expect from a hotel of this quality.”
