There was work being done around the pool when we were there. We may not have had the full experience, but still a great stay.

The private hot pool was a great addition to a nice and comfy apartment. Plus the motel is perfectly located to explore Rotorua and access the different points of interest. Overall a great stay.

The beds were pretty firm but got a ok sleep And the couch we had it was like sitting on a very hard wooden bench

I love the room and everything and how it had a nice kitchen and everything you need and loved our you get your own private hot tub And how we had the upstairs down stairs and the upstairs had an unsuited which was great

The bed was too hard for us. The shower was pitiful. The fridge was way too small for 3 people. No oven or air fryer.

The Spa was great, location was good, it was cozy, the options on the TV were great. All sky options.

The couch in our room had definitely seen better days, rather uncomfortable but pleased it was there. The "plunge pool" we paid extra for was very shallow. Lovely temperature though.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The main pool was lovely too!

The mounted radiators didnt work. Although the AC was doing fine, we'd prefer radiators. Also the pool was under renovation, on which we were notified beforehand, so that was all good.

Extremely spacious room with open air spa, so we could enjoy some private spa time during off hours of the public spas. The room was surprisingly soundproof considering that our neighbour was a family with two kids.

Room upstairs got incredibly hot, we used the heat pump if you turned temp down then the downstairs sleeping area got cold, needs to be more consistent.

Shower was a bit mouldy around the edges. Kitchen and bathroom were very cold. Location was too far from town to walk, but an Uber was only $10.

We booked the family room with the hot plunge pool. The pool was super hot and lovely for adults but would have been too hot for kids. Kids can easily use the larger shared outdoor hot pool though. Beds were comfortable and liked the configuration of king bed downstairs with two singles upstairs. Warm with a good heat pump. Shower had great pressure and was nice and hot.

Spa pool that came with our room was pretty gross and we didn't use it. lack of parking.

Big room, Kitchen and bathroom for the price we paid. Newly decorated. Main pool was nice and warm. Nice Staff.

The upstairs was a mezzanine floor and with small kids was a bit of a mission to get them to stay away from the balcony. Guess just an FYI if you do have small children.

The place was great. Fit us well 2 adults and 2 kids. The spa in the unit was lovely and warm.

The bed was very firm-hard

The whole room was great. 2nd time in 2 months staying. This time got the room with private spa an it was wonders for us. Huge room too. Big queen,2 x singles upstairs an a sofa bed

We have stayed at Wylie Court over the years & are excited to see new construction is taking place. The motel is handy to town, the lake front & any days out to Taupo or out to Tauranga. This visit had a few challenges but was sorted out & made so much easier by the lovely Diana in the main office. Efficient & super helpful.

No exhaust for cooking, bed in living area, fridge size and shelving holders absent, couldn’t cast own streaming services to TV

Upstairs floor by railing and outside deck was wet. Room did smell a little musty like from the damp floor and the ac aircon heating didn't smell to good, when we arrived.

We loved the heated pool on a cold winter morning, and the evening was great for my little family. Staff were super friendly. I called before arrival to ask for room ac heating to be turned on as we were arriving late, and I had two young Littles. Great service from staff

The outdoor area the room pool was in had cigarette butts on the ground and I think it would be better without the plastic flowers. The outdoor pool was well overdue for an overhaul. Tiles chipped, broken and missing. Graffiti carved into the paintwork on the deck. Weeds growing in between the paving stones. The outdoor pool was lovely and warm though.

Location great, room was good, beds were comfy. We liked the in room hot tub.
