Truly beautiful property inside and out. Clean, gorgeous rooms, amazing breakfast too. Sue and Neil took care of us and we enjoyed being in their home. Listening to the birds in the morning and seeing the delightful garden outside the windows was exactly what we needed. Thankyou Sue and Neil we’ll be back!!

Absolutely nothing!

This plane was fabulous! The property is so beautiful you could have a wedding there. Sue is a fantastic chef and we had an amazing breakfast. Our room was lovely and had a door to a wraparound porch overlooking the gardens and filled with the songs of the local birds. I highly recommend a stay here!

The WiFi in the guest cottage is a little weak. But other than that, it was a perfect stay.

From the first moment I parked, I felt comfortable and at-home in Neil and Sue's lovely spot. Both are top-class people, the type you want to hang out with. The property itself is perfection. Wild flowers, chirping birds, the smell of honey suckle in the air, all of nature accompanies your stay. I stayed in the Cottage, which offered nice privacy and lovely quarters, but each of their individual bedrooms in the main house are lovely as well. Breakfast, as many have said, was top-notch. From the property, the amenities, and the way they care, I couldn't ask for a better stay. I'll certainly be back.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was magnificent. The bedrooms and attached baths were lovely, and bonus ICE in the small refrigerator/freezer. The living room, dining, and bar were also beautiful, comfortable, and homey. We enjoyed wandering around the gardens outside, and relaxing on the porch with a drink in the evening.

I love this B&B, I didn’t want to leave. It was beautiful, well-appointed, every detail thought out. The owners were friendly and helpful and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. Breakfast, which is included, was plentiful and delicious.

We wish we'd stayed longer!

Neil and Sue were fantastic hosts, got the balance of being around to help with questions or advice on activities, whilst giving guests privacy spot on! The food was a real highlight and even more impressive given Neil and Sue also do this themselves! The cottage and main property were furnished perfectly and we loved the interiors, bedding, wash products and beautiful gardens in particular.

Book 2 nights, one is just not enough. This little gem is just gorgeous. We had the best sleep, the cottage is perfect and the gardens, one could sit in them all day. Sue's breakfast is so delicious, so don't miss it.

Such a gorgeous and comfortable house and beautifully decorated for Christmas too which made it feel really homely. Neil and Sue were lovely and their wonderful dog "Ted" is so friendly! The lamb we had for dinner and the cooked breakfast next day were both amazing and it was definitely one of our favourite places visited throughout New Zealand.

Breakfast was more food than we could manage. Started with fruit compote and cereals and fresh fruit platter, followed by a cooked breakfast that was phenomonal!.
