We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

New ZealandProbably need a bit of renovation. The toilet was a bit out of date and the carpet too. The kitchen needs exaust for cooking and when its time for washing dishes, I was shocked that the sponge and brush for cleaning were dirty and used. But in all of it the room were spacious for the whole fam.
I like the location and the staff was nice.

New ZealandElectric blanket only works on one side and they didn't change it when notified. Heat pump slow to work. Arrangements made for key to be left in room for late check-in but it wasn't, luckily we were earlier than expected.

The location was good. On a main road. No noise from the road transport. Office next to road ,but accommodation is well backapprox 60 METRES plus The Room Very Big, 8 METRES by 5 METRES.approx.So heater had to work very hard to warm the room ( it is winter here ). Good shops approx 150 METRES. Good Fish and Chips.

New ZealandWifi was weak but free so still good, the aircon didn’t reach the top so up stairs was very warm so suitable for those that like sleeping in the warmth during summer aka me, my husband didn’t enjoy it but found a fan but never used as it was dusty so they need cleaning.
