Slightly challenging to locate but we found it eventually. No signage on the road to assist us. Room very small but clean and shared living/kitchen area with bathroom included with the bedroom

Small sink in bathroom not easy to use for brushing teeth, maybe due to mirror frame.

Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, nice and quiet (except for the odd train going by). The breakfast provided was good (cereals, bread, jams, juice) Plenty of space to store any food you might have in the shared kitchen. 6km to National Park Village. It's nice to relax at, no TV etc.

Nowhere to sit in the room and awkward sink / mirror combination in the bathroom.

Good location for the Tongariro National Park. Excellent Hot Tub and good shared kitchen facility.

We were expecting to have our own kitchenette which turned out to be a shared facility across the car park. The advertised in room tea and coffee making facilities were not provided.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Spa pool was excellent, clean and fully functioning.

No seating in room. Could do with some chairs on patio. Mirror over sink, although a nice feature, made it impossible to get head over sink for washing, shaving, brushing teeth. Private sign at entrance with wrongly named accommodation on faded sign within property. Just an observation but an accommodation sign at entrance would make finding property easier.

We were told when breakfast ended but not when it began. I emailed but the answer came after we were up. It all worked out.

The hot tub was so nice after the Tongario Crossing hike. The continental breakfast was also appreciated.

The room was very small and the sound insulation between rooms was very poor. There's also a freight train that passes very closely to the property during the night.

The room was very clean and modern. The shared kitchen facilities were handy and well stocked. The location was perfect for visiting Tongariro NP.

Although there is a shared kitchen there is only a microwave and kettle so no way to make a simple meal like pasta. Also no kettle in the room was surprising as this seems to be a basic provision everywhere else I have been. The ‘aircon’ system in the room was ineffective.

Very clean and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of room for me as a solo traveller. Nice to have breakfast provided.

The pool was colder than I expected.

Rooms are clean, and tastefuly decorated. Located close to National Park and Whakapapa ski fields. The spa pool is great for relaxating after hiking or skiing. The drying room and kitchenette are very useful, although if it's a full house the shared fridge/freezer provided wouldn't be adequate, and there is only dinning table and chairs for 6 people, so a small table and chairs outside each room would be useful.

The hot tub didn’t work properly. They came to fix it when we called which was nice and responsive, but they could not fix it.

This was a charming property with small but clean well appointed rooms. The shared kitchen facility was very nice.

Hot tub and pool were lovely. Close to Tongariro Crossing and ski field. 5 minute drive from pub and restaurant. Clean shared kitchen.
