location next to beach with view to beach and sea was fantastic. Accommodation was comfortable for group of 4 sisters and enabled self catering. Well appointed kitchen.

3 bedroom apartment exceeded expectations. Spacious bedrooms, living area, full kitchen. 3 bathrooms, very well equipped, clean, gorgeous balcony with amazing views, free secure parking. Great value for money.

Not much really, heat pump didn’t appear to be working in either bedroom or lounge but not a major and I’m sure if we had asked it would have been sorted.

Second bedroom was small for an adult . The airflow was not correct and was hot inside the room . Sleep was not comfortable . Could have just placed a table fan .

Wifi is limited the using user, one-time stuffs like rubish bag is not enough to use, blanket is quite old.

Nice view, the living room is very enjoyable with a good sound system and a very big tv. The apartment seems being recently renovated. Equipments are good except for the dryer.

Not a problem, but apartment only had showers (with amazing water pressure!) No bath.

Second stay. Standards maintained and apartment well-equipped and laid out. Plenty of room to spend time relaxing in the lounge area. Bedrooms a good size, beds comfortable. Apartment clean and in an ideal location. Although on a main road, traffic noise was not an issue. Resident manager polite, helpful and a reassuring presence. Two bus routes serve the area. Great location for both walking and running. Second bathroom and laundry facilities greatly appreciated.

Great apartment - had everything we needed. Right across the road from the beach, lots of other attractions and activities close by (Go-carts, Wildlife Park, Car Museum, Wharf, cafes, restaurants). Main Street, supermarkets and town centre only a quick drive away. Even without a beach view apartment, the view was west towards the mountains and we could still see the sea and enjoyed some surprise fireworks on the balcony that were set off from the oval across the street. Secure off street parking and access to the apartment was convenient and felt really safe. Was a great home base to put our feet up and relax in when we weren't out exploring Nelson.

Thought we had booked a room at front with Seaview, but got a side room which was ok - if you want a Seaview room check availability before booking so that you are not disappointed. In the end it didn’t really matter to us and we were happy with what we got

Loved the fact that surprisingly you could park right at the door to your room, the views were amazing and overall it was a really nice place to spend a few days to relax

We were upgraded to a Seaview room by the wonderful man in reception. The room and view was gorgeous. We didn't want to leave. The room had everything you could need.

The bed was as hard as rocks, feels like it is well past its use by date while all other amenities were modern and in great shape. The outdooo furniture and deck area are also in need of a thorough clean and chairs are in need of replacement.
