Nothing, it was perfect, one of the highlights of our trip!

So cosy! Had everything we needed. Wonderful view, we didn’t want to leave! The owners were so lovely and had the heater on for us before arrival. Thank you Vera and Andrew, you were great hosts, we would love to come back again one day!

The bed was a bit cool the first night with a stiff frost. Located a spare blanket in the top cupboard the next day which made a difference.

Liked the stand-alone independent area the Chalet provided enhanced by the surrounding trees etc.

A rather steep driveway for a nervous driver!

Only a ten minute walk to the shops, restaurants & Hanmer Hot Pools. The chalets were all separated in a garden setting, & fully self contained.

I didn't appreciate the owner's rudeness towards me when I asked him where to dispose of my rubbish responsibly. He indicated that there were rubbish bins outside of my unit and that I should already be aware of this. He appeared annoyed that I should ask and his demeanour was brash. The rubbish bins were out of view and around the side of the unit. I wasn't told they were there upon arrival so I felt his attitude towards me was unwarranted.

We enjoyed our stay here, the unit was clean and tidy and the facilities were good. It was spacious and comfortable and close to everything we needed. The location was great.

Wish we had more time here

Beautiful cabins in the hills. Great facilities and lovely staff. Hot pool spa towel hire much better rate than at the hot pools. Can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect for us.

The beautiful wooden chalets were set apart from each other, and it was so quiet. Thousands of stars were visible. The beds were exactly right, and we had 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was prima. The proprietors didn't enter the Chalets as privacy is their motto. On the second day, a box with clean towels etc was ieft at the door.The information map was clear, and WiFi was free. It was under 15 minutes walking to the Hotpools and the town centre. In one word; EXCELLENT. We will be back!!

The appliances were all very old but they functioned ok. The LCD screen on the heater in the master bedroom was a bit hard to work out. The biggest issue we had was the condensation on the outside walls. I had some clothes against the bedroom wall and in the morning they were soaked. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.

Having seperate chalets was nice and kept noise from others to a minimum. It was a 10 minute walk into town and the staff were friendly and helpful. They brought a container of fresh towels and consumables on the second day and we just placed our dirty towels back in the container and it was taken away so no one had to access our unit.
