Wonderful accommodation in Queenstown with views of the lake and mountains. Spotlessly clean. Convenient location with a pleasant short walk into town. Breakfast groceries replenished everyday......terrific selection! Parking on site.

Very clean and tidy and lovely breakfast supplies. Also little extra treats supplied each day too. Loved the soaps, handwash etc all great quality. Just a lot of attention to detail.

The infuser was a very nice thought but a little overpowering.

The unit was very comfy and cleverly thought out. The hosts provided a very welcoming environment. It was a bit of a walk into town but not too far. The views were excellent as well. It is also directly opposite a bus stop/pick up point for adventure & scenic tours.

The view was amazing, staff were very helpful. About a 15 minute walk or a short car ride to centre of town. The room had everything we could need for our trip including a combination washing machine and dryer which was very helpful to set and forget during our day! Our stay was very quiet and peaceful! Thank you for the great time, highly recommended!

That we had to leave! I would have likes one more day (4 nights rather than 3). Additionally, I was disappointed that housekeeping refreshed pastries that I hadn't eaten because I thought they would NOT be replenished so I was saving them! The hot cross buns were so tasty so I was eating them slowing! Lovely housekeeping removed them after 24 hours as I believe they deemed them no longer fresh and resupplied us with different pastries but I was disappointed because the hot cross buns were a favorite! I would recommend that there be a system in which one could have a way to notify housekeeping that you were OK with pastries remaining for 48 hours! :-)

Exceptional Location, Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Driving Distance to wineries and other tourist attractions. When we arrived, there was a notice within our apartment stating that 3 day stays would be supplied with food for the duration of stay. It went on to state that 5 day stays would be resupplied mid stay and that housekeeping would be provided for stays of 5 days or longer. We were staying 3 days yet every evening upon our return, we had noticed our room had been refreshed and our exceptional breads, pastries & fresh squeezed OJ had all been refreshed EVERYDAY. The housekeeping even went as far as kindly folding our freshly laundered clothes that I had drying on the heated towel bar. I slept comfortably each night as the matress was very well suited for me with my sciatica! Staying here was the highlight of our stay in Queenstown and I would jump at the chance to return!

Only comment is the advert on booking . Com (who we booked through) said unit had a washing machine , which indicates it has own washing machine. This was inaccurate : booking.com was being miss leading as its a laundry area around corner from unit , which all guests can access / use washing machine . Owner had thoughtfully provided washing powder for use in laundry room . There us No hob in the kitchenette , which was a surprise but there is a plug in large frying plate/pan ( not sure what this is called) but can cook bacon eggs , in this !! These are just minor comments . So worth staying at this place.

The owner had thought of everything , the studio was so well equipped and it was very homely with lovely sofa & decor. She provided fresh bread , fruit , muffins or banana bread, yoghurt , milk , fresh juice , eggs and bacon in our kitchenette and this was topped up daily. Olive oil , fresh ham , butter, pop corn aswell . Games , books , sewing and first aid and even ear plugs !!. Loved the comfy bed and lovely dressing gowns , slippers . What a fabulous place . Lovely view from front lounge door / window to waterfront. Great communication for check in and car allocated own parking space. 7 approx mins walk to restaurants & shops. Highly recommend this place we will return . Thank you .

Since it is off the main road, it could be noisy at night when sleeping. It is a good 15 minute walk uphill from the town.

The Stay at Queenstown provides a self serve breakfast in your suite. This included bakery items, fruit, yogurt, jam, granola, eggs, and bacon. We had a loaf of fresh bread everyday. We also had a washer dryer and heated towel rack. Maid service included thorough cleaning, replenished food, and fresh towels daily. The suite heated up quickly during the cold morning/evenings.

The place really needed a lamp in the living room for gentle light & ambience as the overhead LED cans were way too bright, also, no trash can in the bathroom which I really missed. The dryer did not work on the washer dryer combo. We requested an ice cube tray but fresh ice when you arrive is always appreciated.

Fab foods provided and refreshed each day by our host, absolutely have never experienced this before. So delish & plentiful & the product quality was awesome. The peek views were awesome of the lake & mountains. Our outdoor area a few steps away was so cute, cozy & welcoming. The entire apt. Was very private, compact & clean. Great location to all the action is Queenstown as well as the airport and a great assigned free parking spot was awesome.
