There was often not someone at the front desk but you could ring them if needed.

This was a perfectly located apartment right in the city! We had a two bedroom apartments which had their own ensuites. Rooms were tidy as per the photos. Own carpark was excellent

The balcony and planter box need a good clean and refresh.

The location was excellent. Close to Queenstown Gardens, restaurants and hotels. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was lovely. Liked the underfloor heating in the spacious bathroom and water pressure was great in shower.

The parking spaces are a squeeze. Scraped the door of the hire car trying to get out the car because they’re so tight.

So conveniently located for queenstown. Perfect for our quick overnight stop on the way to Milford sound. Room was huge. Bed comfortable. Shower and bath were great.

Beds and pillows were far too firm for my tastes and there was limited availability at reception, but for a short 2 or 3 day stay, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Plenty of space and well stocked apartment. Had parking which is a huge plus for being in downtown Queenstown.

Lift unable to take weight of people + luggage, so told to take stairs and fetch luggage from lift. Often smells in corridor from other people cooking etc.

- Stains on some bedding - Double bed has old sheets - The water pressure upstairs may drop if someone else is using water - Smells like cat pee outside the unit

As a group, and after reading several reviews, we couldn’t understand the ones saying they wouldn’t return or complaining for some things. Unit 4, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for 6 people, we were absolutely thrilled. Sure, there were some minor details, but nothing that interfered with having an excellent getaway in Queenstown. The place was clean and had absolutely everything we needed to feel comfortable. Fully equipped, and it kept us warm every day. We definitely recommend this place and would happily come back. Oh! And having our own Carpark was a must

Although bathroom looked recently renovated, the ceiling had not been so was stained and had a few dents in it. Understand there are a number of rooms to be cleaned however was disappointed to see bags of rubbish from peoples rooms in hallway each day.

- Check in must be done before their reception closes at 5.30pm, or else you must call to provide credit card details, which a. Could be difficult for intl travellers b. Does not sound secure to me having to provide card details over phone c. Reception does not always pick up even during office hours (We called 4 times at different hours) - Hot water ran out after 3 out of 4 of us took a shower but no prior notice was given. And since it was out of office hours, no one was there to provide us any help / answers. I only learnt about how it could take 3 hours for water to heat up after it ran out, after I have checked out..

A cooker included, a plug in two element cooker, but have to put it on bench to use it and bench space is probably a bit small for it.

Parking included and not an additional cost. Exceptionally close town. It was roomy and comfortable.

For a family of 5 was great amount of space however the sofa bed was not that comfy.

Musty smell through corridor and unit. Couch very uncomfortable to sit on - is a broken fold out bed which had a hard ridge so not good to sit on and not made up as a bed (hence the trundler bed).
