There are a couple of flights of stairs to get up to the room and we didn't see a lift, might be a problem for anyone with heavy luggage. It seems that the only way to lock the door to the apartment is from the outside with the key so a bit awkward There wasn't any tea or coffee, no big deal as we had our own but some might expect this on offer.

Traveling for work, this was a comfortable and reasonably priced option. Check in and out was easy, rooms were clean and all facilities were good.

Only one proper shower which is in the ensuite. Hand held one in bath in main bathroom but no screen/curtain. Would be awkward if 2 couples stayed but was ok for us as 2 single women. Open food left in freezer/pantry, guessing from previous guests?

Great location, easy to walk to shops, cafes, beach. Big comfy beds, huge plush towels, large living room & kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Secure parking in garage & a small lift for luggage.

Loved the central location ! So close to all the cafes / shops and foreshore . Very cosy and warm apartment , spacious for a family to stay. Apartment had everything you needed - from laundry , to kitchen with all the pots /pans to cook with . Nice little balcony to sit outside on.

Liked: location as close to coastal walkway, and could walk to everywhere. Secure parking in basement was great. Lots of space with open plan central lounge, dining and kitchen, having two separate bedrooms not beside each other good. Self check in easy with key collection from friendly helpful person in close by accommodation Make it even better with: couple of minor repairs, deeper clean kitchen and two tea towels

There was a bit of water that stayed on the balcony but wasn't a biggie!

Good sized apartment in nice area. Had everything we needed for our small family. The two bathrooms, one with a bath were a bonus! Nice and close to beach walkway, with swimming pool & playground only a walk away. It was only a short drive to Pukekura Park. We would love to stay again! The staff at checkin and checkout were really friendly :)

Everything was great - though I guess it would have been nice to have a little milk put in the fridge for our first teas and coffees.

Loved the spaciousness of the apartment, and it was very well furnished. The reception staff were very helpful and chatty, and it was great to have secure parking. A bonus was being able to charge our EV! The situation was excellent, close to many restaurants and the walkway. The kitchen was well equipped (though it did take us a while to work out how to get the oven working! However we did work it out before Esme, the very charming receptionist , succeeded in phoning the owner!) We would love to stay again.

Kitchen was fine but needed detailing around the edges to get top marks.

Overall, comfortable. There was plenty of space for me and my mother and the beds were very comfortable. Loved that it was close to the city for food and close to the coast for walks.

Very spacious apartment with quality furnishings. Walking distance to both the ocean (across the road!) and also to main CBD/shops/cafes. Large balcony facing the view was lovely. Full laundry was a bonus.
