Great location, so close to ohakune centre, easy to walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, ski shops. Warm and cosy.

On a major road so had some truck noise through the night. And the bed was a little too soft.

Super clean! Was perfect! The views were stunning! My partner and I stayed a night and could mount ruapehu in the night and morning, was honestly breath taking! Big tv and with YouTube and Netflix! Heat pump heated up room fast! Everything in the room was in good condition! Shower is high pressure and super hot water! Would highly recommend!! Was walking distance to restaurants and park so perfect for families😊.

Noisy from rooms next door, noise insulation? Cooking range didn't work, shower door broken, light bulb blown over bed, heat pump very dirty, cleaned filters, but needs hydro cleaning to get rid of black mold on scroll fan and coils Front door seals gone, sounds like it's open when vehicles go past

Location was great. Easy to get to everything. Good for a family of 3 size wise - 1 double bed and a single.

No staff greeted us. We didn't meet anyone that worked there so it lacked a personal touch. The accommodation met our basic needs but the bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Convenient to restaurants; comfortable bed; good shower. Called for assistance and got a quick and accurate reply.

Unremarkable and more expensive than other properties on offer in Ohakune. All the reviews mentioning noise from neighbouring rooms are correct. Heard everything from next door. I think better value for money is available.

Text sent before I arrived asking when I was arriving in case they needed to turn on heater - loved that. When we arrived no one in the office but not a problem as could speak to a real person who directed us where to go.

Conveniently located, a short walk to everything you need in Ohakune. Nice walking path directly behind the property. I was at the front so I had a nice view of Mt Ruhapehu and the beautiful sunset each afternoon. Sufficient cooking facilities if not dining out.

The soundproofing, it wasn't intrusive but you could hear your neighbour in the next room. Info sheet started a drying room and locker but I could find it.

Central location is great! Internet is fast! Aircon/heater is good.

The bed is sinking… you can actually feel the spring of the bed. It is uncomfortable and for the price value is not that good.

Loved it, felt homely very welcoming staff! Very accessible and the location was situated was very Convenient. Would highly recommend and stay again
