It’s a gorgeous modern little spot with, everything you could need, the best is super comfortable and the TV is massive! There is a lovely sun trap in the back garden right by the river aswell! Ruben was very welcoming and friendly and helped us with anything we neeeded

Honestly, cant think of anything that would improve the stay. The host is in the process of adding a lounge area to the room which made a great difference to the available space. There will also be a kitchen which will be good.

Very handy location but on a quiet street, could hear Morepork/Ruru calling at night. Lots of little details that made it a special place to stay and a super friendly and accommodating host.

Nothing at all to dislike.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, nice big shower, quiet and peaceful in a beautiful heritage area of Nelson. Everything I needed was in the room , good sized fridge, big mugs , plates ,glasses , everything you could need. Even an umbrella. Very friendly hosts who went out of their way to help me during an unexpected stay in the hospital.

Not a lot of room to prepare food or do dishes. Would be more comfortable to watch tv if the bed was positioned against the other wall.

Lovely cosy space close to town. Clean, warm and private, separate from the main house. Friendly welcome and good communication. Appreciated the umbrella.

Everything perfect.

Seymour Sleeps is a wonderful accommodation home from home, as shown in imaged, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Host Ruben very helpful and welcoming. Loved the fresh figs and milk provided - thank you very much. On street parking directly outside property, no permit needed. Felt very homely. Use of outdoor pool and garden available. Would like to have stayed longer. Would highly recommend. Very close to town centre.

It would have been good to have the option of breakfast... something light, as there wasn't any supermarkets or cages close by.

Great little apartment in only short walking distance to Nelson city. The apartment was small, cozy and extremely clean. The owners Ruben & Sarah were really nice and super helpful! Gave us great recommendations for the area around. They even offered us to swim in their pool and we had small treats on our bed for welcome. Would definitely recommend this accommodation!

If you want to prepare food be aware there is only a fridge, kettle and toaster only, plus crockery & cutlery.

Compact studio in family garden. Spotless and thoughtfully furnished. Walking distance of all Nelson’s attractions. Access to family swimming pool and garden. Welcoming host.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Rom had all the bells and whistles. The bed was really comfy, which meant I woke up fully rested for an early start?

It didn't bother me as I wanted to eat out every night, but bear in mind that there aren't any cooking facilities in the room(stove top, microwave etc.). You really have to eat out or get a takeaway. Again, this didn't affect me but just bear this in mind if you are looking for something more self contained.

Lovely little accommodation in a great spot (short walk into Nelson city) and a lovely area. The owners were so helpful and accommodating and were on hand to assist with anything I may have needed. They were very happy to share their wonderful facilities with me and answer any questions that I had. It was spotlessly clean also and very modern. I would stay there again.
