New ZealandUnable to get TV working, requested staff assistance and they couldn't get it working. Had same issue last year and hasn't been fixed. Had to request milk then it had black hairs and cotton in it so requested replacement. Room cold on arrival. Rosebank used to be a great place to stay - no longer.
Clean comfortable room, good design. Excellent shower.

New ZealandThe room stated it had a toaster (booking.com), but it did not. We booked it so we could have breakfast in the room before we left. When I enquired, the staff advised they have never had toasters in the rooms. So just a heads up there.
Bathroom was new. Nice location, with a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. We dined at the lodge restaurant, prices were good and meals were very tasty and a great size.
