No fan in the bathroom. There was a switch that I assume was the fan but it was taped over so you couldn't access it.

Location was amazing! View from our bedroom windows out to the balcony were unbeatable of the lake and mountains. Ann Maree was an amazing and kind host. The heating and shower pressure were amazing.

We loved everything about the property. To start the hosts Anne-Marie and Sab were amazing, really friendly and a down to earth couple. The room was super clean and fresh with nice views of Lake Tekapo. The bed was extra comfy and we honestly had the BEST sleep we have ever had.

Lake Tekapo is a small dream town with amazing views of the southern alps. Our room at Ranginui at Lake Tekapo had amazing lake and Mountain View and the blue waters of the lake look surreal. This is a very well maintained B&B and feel super premium. Our host Ann is so sweet and helpful. She served us hot breakfast with multiple options and you dine in the main dining hall. It is like a close friend hosting you at their home for breakfast. Ann loves to share all the tourist tips and would suggest great options around Tekapo and even for your extended road trips in NZ. Thank you so much Ann and we loved every minute of our stay there.

Our wonderful host, Ann-Maree, went out of her way to make our stay a very memorable experience. The location is but a stone throw away from the town center, very convenient for visitors to navigate around. Also not forgetting the magnificent view of Lake Takepo when you step into the room. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Lake Takepo.

Anne-Marie is a fantastic host. She really made us feel welcome in her beautiful bed and breakfast. Breakfast was amazing and the bed was super comfy. We had a magical stay in Ranginui with spectacular views from our room. We got some much needed R & R in stunning Tekapo.

Stay was fantastic, awesome picturesque view from bedroom and living room. Host Ann-Maree made sure we are comfortable, provided welcome chocolates & drinks in the room and even helped melt the ice off our car window screen for us to start our road trip safely. We love the breakfast Ann-Maree prepared for us as well.

The owner, Maree and her husband, are really lovely. They gave us very good tips on what to do. Rooms are nicely designed.
