Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Kitchen area very small, not mush room to operate once toaster and jug in position
Given a good rundown on facilities available by Manager on arrival including heating controls. Facility clean and tidy although a bit dated however was quite comfortable. Could hold a dance in the bathroom - really big.

The double bed was in the lounge with the single beds in the bedroom which wasn't ideal. It felt like it should have been the other way around. There was no curtain over the door glass which meant the light outside the unit was shining in. There was noise late at night outside which was audible (sounded like fighting)- obviously outside of the motel's control but it was unpleasant to hear on a Saturday night.
Staff were friendly. Location / proximity to town was great. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Would have liked an 11.00am checkout especially in the winter mid week
great location, easy walk to bars and restaurants. Very large warm bedroom with king-size bed and spacious bathroom. Good shower. Microwave, Toaster and Jug in the kitchenette. Friendly staff

Older facilities but very clean and tidy.
Great location in town, clean and spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful man reception who offered a detailed rundown of the room and great advice on places to get a good meal in town.

Loved the big bath and underfloor heating, nice sized TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Heat pump was great in winter. Had everything we needed. Lady at reception was very helpful.

Couldn’t get the spa bath to bubble but it was a nice bath anyway
So close to town and the Thai restaurant next to the motel was perfect as it was attached to the motel and steps away from our unit. Clean, warm rooms and nice bed. The manager went out of his way to retrieve something we left behind and get it to us

The location was fantastic, we parked the car up on arrival and then just walked for the rest of the day. The Management team were very friendly and welcoming and the room itself was lovely and clean.

Bathroom cleaning needs improving. Shower needing renovation,lots of mould in grout etc. In motel defence I didnt point these issues out. I did point out a electric blanket issue and Rachel was very apologetic, i appreciated that.
Brilliant hosts, Ron and Rachel were great. Great personality, knowledgeable and welcoming😁 Motel in a great location.

Bed was a little ‘lumpy’ and noise from the main road as the unit backed on to the road.
