Everything. Superb location and uninterrupted views of the beach. Joelene was very responsive and met us at the house to run through a few things. We were only there as a couple but the house would be ideal for larger groups, everything is catered for and nothing is needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A cosy place with the ocean view. Three bedrooms; two rooms having super king beds whilst the last with a king bed. Everything was perfect for us and super clean. The host Joelene was kind and lovely. We're planning to come back definitely for sure! Thank you so much Joelene for your hospitality!

Bathrooms not ensuite but not a big deal in the whole scheme of things

Beautiful, large, well furnished and equipped beachfront property. Joelene was very responsive and helpful. The city is a short drive or pleasant 2 km walk from the property. We spent a very enjoyable 3 nights here. Would definitely stay here again, when we return to New Plymouth.

We enjoyed the location and had plenty of room. It was great to be close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. Joelene was very prompt and helpful when questions were asked.

I have been waiting to write this review. First of all, I have to thank Joelene, she was very enthusiastic in welcoming us even though we arrived earlier than expected. In the rainy and cold weather, when entering the house, it was a very cozy and modern house. Everything was comfortable, there was everything you need for your family when living here. Our family was very satisfied, had a very happy time living here. Everything was neat, clean, and complete. In the afternoon, because it was cold, we did not eat outside but we watched the beautiful sunset. If there was a score of 20/10, I would give it to Joelene and her house. The location is also very convenient for shopping and eating.

The view from the deck/lounge was incredible. Stones throw away from the beach. Beautiful big house with comfortable beds and wicked shower pressure! Also has a fireplace which made our winter long weekend away extra cosy.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was thoughtfully provided.

appreciated the shower soap that was available, it was lovely having proper drinking glasses to use, there was nothing missing or left out, this made living in the house very comfortable.

Nothing Door to bathroom was faulty (not able to close) Heated towel rail not working. both were resolved during our stay.

Large rooms, great sea view (Sea view from living room) and clean. One of the most comfortable beds I stayed for this trip :) Utensils and facilities are top grade(knifes are sharp), Washer and dryer (dry quickly and doesn’t generate heat) Modern and large TV with Netflix and Disney plus. Quite near to most eateries ( cafes) Warm and friendly owner (Joelene) who stay next door. She introduced us to nice eateries nearby. Brought us the Nespresso coffee pods once they saw our messages via booking.com Pretty potted plants. One of the few properties that I stayed that comes with 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional property. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Spacious rooms, an excellent shower, very comfy beds, laundry facilities plus great outside seating areas with virtually all day sun. We had a lovely view of the sea and a very short stroll to the coastal walkway and beach. We would highly recommend this lovely property and will definitely return in the future.

Joelene was a warm and welcoming host. She greeted us on arrival and gave lots of helpful information about the area. The house was amazing, well appointed and comfortable. All the facilities were first class. The location was close to the beach and had lovely sea views.
