At the time of booking on booking.com says there is car park but when you arrived staff said it was full snd bo car park. Very disappointed and unexpected. I choose the hotel because of car park.

During our stay, they were trimming trees and bushes in the courtyard, and it was very noisy as the saws didn’t stop. With two small children who always had their daytime nap in the room, this was not very pleasant. The bathroom door also squeaked very loudly when opening, especially at night, and constantly woke up our younger daughter. Breakfast was basic, the same every day, mostly different variations of eggs, but it was sufficient for a three-day stay.

The only negative thing was that the beds were very soft and uncomfortable - but this could be just preference! Everything else was great.

The location was incredible. So easy to get into town but the location was not noisy. The room was lovely with a great bathroom. Helpful staff as well. Great value for money.

We had difficulty with the elevators as they never arrived when we pushed the buttons, and there was no suitable carparking. This meant we had to park several blocks away. Had we known this, we would have gone elsewhere.

The check-in staff were very helpful, and they provided extra information when asked questions.

Limited parking was not ideal however on check in staff provided a map of side streets which helped and the circular driveway made it easy to drop off my older parents before going to find an overnight park in the side streets.

Staff were lovely, even when an issue was identified on check in it was quickly resolved. Restaurant and bar staff were also lovely, I appreciated having access to a restaurant in house for breakfast and dinner.

Spa was under renovations. There was an option of using another hotel’s spa, but I did not take up this offer. Some renovations were taking place and there was some noise during the day.

Walked up a big hill.. room was very small. But we just needed a place to sleep so was ok.

It was a pity that our stay happened to coincide with some renovation work. The noise from the neighboring room made it hard to rest, and though the hotel manager quickly moved us to a different room, the smell of paint still lingered.

We loved the hotel’s location – just 10 minutes on foot to the center, and with a bus stop right outside, it was super convenient to get to the airport, ski fields, and everywhere else we wanted to go. Everything felt brand new, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. It’s perfect for families, and honestly, the value for money is hard to beat.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the hotel’s renovation. The noise from the room next door, which was under construction, affected our rest. The hotel manager responded promptly and arranged a room change, but the smell of fresh paint was still unavoidable.

The hotel is in an excellent location – just a 10-minute walk to the town center, with a bus stop right outside that makes it easy to reach the airport, ski fields, and most major spots. The facilities are modern and the amenities are of outstanding quality. The staff are attentive and thoughtful. It’s perfect for families and offers great value for money.
