Everything was perfect—from the check-in process to the stay and the check-out. The view from the windows is simply unreal. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. This is the kind of place you want to keep a secret, just for yourself. Next time in Auckland, I’m staying here again!

Perfect location in the CBD surrounded by shops and restaurants and a short walk to attraction such as Sky Tower and the harbour for the ferries. The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and had all amenities needed. The views were amazing.

If anything, the decor was a little dated. We knew this at the time of booking, by the photos. It wasn’t of concern to us.

Location, communication, clean, views. An absolute top spot. Perfect for our mature family gathering.

We were disappointed to find out it wasn't actually the penthouse apartment as advertised, although floor 31 was definitely high up enough for my body to struggle with the altitude! The 3rd bedroom can have a queen bed or 2 singles, but it's definitely kitted out for a couple, there isn't much space. We were in the second bedroom and found the sheets quite irritating on my skin. There apartment was lovely overall, but could definitely use some tlc, there were some small cleanliness/maintenance issues.

The apartment was in an amazing location! So easy to get everywhere, and had gorgeous views. Access to 2 spa pools, a lane pool & decent gym were also included. The master bedroom, ensuite & walk-in wardrobe was pure luxury. Huge kitchen and a lot of lounge space as well. The apartment building is right in the heart of the city, across the road from a park, and 5 mins walk to the viaduct. The hosts were very accommodating, the bottle of wine & chocolates were a beautiful last touch! Having a dedicated laundry room and multiple showers was also a huge bonus

This is a superb place to stay if you have family or a small group. The apartment has everything you need to have a wonderfully comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Above all, the harbour and city views were impressive.

One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in. The hosts had thought of everything. All the little touches make such a difference. We had stayed in some expensive Air bnb’s previously where hosts couldn’t be bothered to provide basics like t bags and milk. Not so here. We had wine, chocolates, milk, t bags and delicious ground coffee. The views were amazing and the location perfect.

Didn't want to leave!!

Amazing property!! We stayed for a month and wished we could've stayed longer. Alistair and Karen were amazing hosts who met us on arrival with our keys. The apartment was spotless and is so close to the city centre! Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly as well as the washer + dryer. Had one small plumbing issue during our stay which was fixed within 2 days. Also had use of pool and sauna facilities. They even left a little welcome bottle of wine from their own vineyard. We can't praise it enough, absolutely recommend!!

This luxury apartment is just what we needed, a family group coming together for a special event. The views from the 31st floor are magical, the vastness of the apartment meant there was heaps of room for four adults and a baby. We felt blessed at our good fortune in booking the apartment. It really is gorgeous.
