Not a fan of the cleaning products as their shampoos and body wash is fragrance free.

Everything Such a beautiful people who serve me and my husband with good price . The location was good . Booking the this hotel includes the parking as well. We loved it . As we get to park our car , and go into town without worry anything . Very good location just in Queenstown . Perfect veiw . We book this hotel for one night due to travelling to other places everyday . On our last day we came back to the hotel , because it was close to town centre and airport to make our travel easy to fly back home . When we came back the rooms were fully booked , was only the suit’s apartment available. They gave us same price as we paid for our first night .

The bathroom fan was rather noisy when turned on .The dining table was wobbly .

Great location , good parking & door access with lock box .Comfortable & cosy blankets with good facilities in kitchen , bathroom & living area. Good warmth with heat pumps .Big windows with views yet quiet bedrooms !

Nothing negative to say about this property. They do provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash which are all completely odour-free so some people might not like that so bring your own if you like smelling nice after taking a shower.

- Amazing location, it is right in the center of the city (you can't get more central this) The view of the city and the mountains from apartment 11 was just incredible. - I liked how they have a keycard system to check in and check out where you are given a code to open the lock which is located outside your apartment to retrieve the key card, It was great that I didn't have to meet anyone at all during my entire stay. - There is a Samsung tv with lots of apps and also a USB port on the side of the tv if you want to watch your own things - Bed was very comfy and there was even an electric blanket for the cold nights - There is a very modern air conditioning/heating with control panel on the wall - Kitchen was good and had all the necessary equipment one might need if they want to cook. Fridge also very useful. - Bathroom was nice and spacious. - I loved the air freshener they use in the room when they do the cleaning and it is such a pleasant smell when you check in - While the nightly rate is expensive (it is Queenstown after all) It is still way more affordable than most other hotels located in the city center.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

Love everything from our stay not only it was convenient as it was located in town and close to everything. Every time we came back room was freshly made and clean thank you. Our little family was happy with everything we will definitely stay there again if ever we come ZQN again and highly highly recommended ☺️

As a family with young children travelling with a pram - the location was fantastic as it was a short flat walk across the road to the grocery shop and a 5- 10 min walk into town and to the playground.

The staff are really friendly and nice！ We made a last-minute hotel booking for one night as the flight was cancelled and the reception lady helped us to check in very quickly! The room is very clean and quiet ，I definitely recommend to everyone who needs comfy accommodation and good location!

Only thing that I didn’t like as a parent is that when I locked the door from the inside you could just pull the handle down and it would open anyway (from the inside). so my toddler was able to keep opening the door lol but that’s usually a safety feature of the door so it’s okay.

The location was super handy to town and I still had a bit of a view of the mountain and gondola which was nice! The kitchen was open and full sized fridge. The bathroom was really pretty nice big ring light mirror and the water pressure was good. OH AND THE TV! :)
